【Abstract】 Poor students from normal colleges is a special group, and their subjective well-being is the life of the satisfaction degree of the subjective evaluation and inner feelings. Their subjective well-being directly affect their emotion and the physical and mental health,which also influence their education development and healthy growth.This paper, which from the perspective of positive psychology to discuss poor students from normal colleges’ subjective well-being, this paper is divided into four parts:The first part defines the concept of poor students from normal colleges, happiness and subjective well-being,also discusses the positive psychology how to expound subjective well-being and the significance of reference the positive psychology theory to promote subjective well-being of the poor students from normal colleges.The second part we used the homemade "poor students from normal colleges of subjective well-being" questionnaires to analyse the general state of subjective well-being and related factors of poor students from normal colleges.The third part focuses on analyzing the influence factors of the subjective well-being of the the poor students from normal colleges, the internal factors include cognitive differences, personality type, education belief, self-worth; The external factors, which including the family income, family atmosphere, interpersonal relationship status, professional satisfaction, pressure situation.The fourth part puts forward main strategy from positive psychology view to ascension subjective well-being of poor students from normal colleges,which including shaping harmonious body and mind, and optimize their internal environment and to mobilize various resources, build fine environment outside of the two aspects.
