【Abstract】 Building a socialist country ruled by law, we must strengthen the legal system construction, and firmly establish the socialist concept of the rule of law. In order to make the course of ideology and politics in senior high school play the liable role in the law-related education, the article explores how to form resultant force in teaching content, teaching method, teachers’ skills and students’ cognitive, social resources and other elements in the law-related education of ideology and politics course in senior high school.Except the introduction and tag, the article consists of four parts. Part one is literature review. Part two defined the concepts of the law-related education law-related education in our country must combine with the socialist core value system echoes, cultivate students’ law-related knowledge, skills, attitudes and values. Part three mainly expounds the law-related education principles, which formed in the senior high school ideological and political course. The principles of the law-related education mainly include:scientific and ideological unification principle, theory and practice combining principle, positive education principle, law-related and moral education combining principle. Part four mainly expounds the law-related education’s practice how to realize the teaching coordination. The countermeasures include:1. Proposed the high school ideological and political foundation curriculum teaching material of law-related content written proposal, combining with the curriculum standards and the teaching content, students’cognitive point, legal knowledge and legal osmosis. Proposed the high school ideological and political foundation curriculum teaching in junior high school teaching material use of convergence and suggestions;2. Aiming at the characteristics of law-related education, analyses the advantages and disadvantages on the different teaching method, such as questionnaire, case discussion. They proposed to the teacher’s different requirements and recommendations.3. From the integration of Ideological and political education and school. social law-related education resources and students on multivariate evaluation, explored the way of law-related education how to realize students’ knowledge, action and emotion joint development. Based on the above research conclusions are as follows:the formation of law-related education coordination mechanism requires teachers to improve their law quality. foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses of various teaching methods, improve teaching and learning in the classroom integration; textbooks should be close to students’ cognitive point of articulation, concern legal penetration, enhance students’ understanding, emotional experience; By the time and space constraints, the teacher should use all kinds of social resources, build on students development of diversified evaluation system.The innovation of this paper lies in attaching importance to practice and actual effect of Ideological and political course, according to the present law education characteristics, summarized the concrete teaching practice in support of the theory and method proposed. Such as the law-related education principle, the beginning of high school teaching material, how to choose the teaching method analysis of cohesion, integrating internal and external resources, have a systematic and practical reference value.
