教师情绪智力、教学效能感与工作投入的关系研究

【摘要】 情绪智力、教学效能感与工作投入的问题已经引起许多国内外学者们的关注和研究。情绪智力与教学效能感的关系、情绪智力与工作投入的关系和教学效能感与工作投入的关系这些均有学者进行过相应的研究,但没有人将三个变量放在一起进行研究。教师因其职业的特殊性,要求在教学中表现出较高的情绪智力、教学效能感和工作投入,因此,本研究以教师为研究对象,以情绪智力的视角探讨教学效能感和工作投入,采用Wong和Law编制的WLEIS(情绪智力量表)、俞国良编制的教学效能感量表以及Schaufeli编制的UWES(工作投入量表)来了解教师情绪智力、教学效能感和工作投入的现状及其在人口学统计变量上的差异,以明确三者之间的关系。本研究选取湖南省益阳市赫山区的在职初中教师为被试对象,共发放178份调查问卷,并对所得样本数据采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。对情绪智力、教学效能感和工作投入三个变量使用描述性统计结果分析、人口统计学变量差异分析、相关分析和回归分析等方法。得出具体结论如下:(1)教师总体情绪智力与个人教学效能感维度呈显著正相关;(2)教师总体情绪智力与总体工作投入呈显著正相关;(3)教师个人教学效能感维度与总体工作投入呈显著正相关;(4)教师总体情绪智力和个人教学效能感维度对总体工作投入具有显著的预测作用;(5)教师个人教学效能感维度在总体情绪智力与总体工作投入中起中介作用。

【Abstract】 The issues of Emotional Intelligence, Sense of Teaching Efficacy and Work Engagement have attracted many domestic and abroad scholars ’ attention and study. Some scholars have investigated the relationships between Emotional Intelligence and Sense of Teaching Efficacy,Sense of Teaching Efficacy and Work Engagement, Emotional Intelligence and Work Engagement. But no one has put the three variables together.Because of teachers’ professionalism,the research object including Emotional Intelligence,Sense of Teaching Efficacy and Work Engagement has been badly required. So this study regarded teachers as the research object, which viewed Sense of Teaching Efficacy and Work Engagement with Emotional Intelligence. By Wong and Law ’ s WLEIS(Emotional Intelligence Scale),Guoliang Yu’s Sense of Teaching Efficacy Scale and Schaufeli’s UWES(Work Engagement Scale),we can understand the status of teachers and the differences in demographic variables so that it makes sure about the relationships among the three.This study selected part of teachers in-service in Heshan area,Yiyang city, Hunan province as the object to be tested, 178 copies of survey questionnaires were distributed and the data collected was analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Referring to Emotional Intelligence, Sense of Teaching Efficacy and Work Engagement,descriptive statistics, analysis of demographic variables, correlation and regression can be used.I draw the following conclusion:1. The teachers’ Emotional Intelligence is positively correlated with the Sense of Personal Teaching Efficacy;2. The teachers ’ Emotional Intelligence is positively correlated with Work Engagement;3. The Sense of Personal Teaching Efficacy is positively correlated with Work Engagement;4. The teachers ’ Emotional Intelligence and the Sense of Personal Teaching Efficacy have a significant predictor to Work Engagement;5. The Sense of Personal Teaching Efficacy acts as the moderator variable between the Emotional Intelligence and Work Engagement.
