团体辅导对“3+2”高职护生学习自我效能感的影响

【摘要】 自美国心理学家Bandura提出了自我效能理论,该理论产生了巨大而深刻的影响,已经成为心理学重要的研究领域。在学习、教育领域,学习自我效能感理论已被广泛而深入地研究、应用。已有大量研究表明:学习自我效能水平与学业行为紧密相关;学习自我效能水平与学业成就高低密切相关。学习自我效能感是生成性的,可以训练与培养。随着我国经济的快速发展和国家宏观调控政策的大力支持,职业教育正在空前迅速地发展。“3+2”高职护生多为中考落榜生,他们在学习中经历了许多失败,学习现状堪忧。低水平的学习自我效能感将直接影响其日后学业成就及学业发展。本研究通过对自我效能理论、团体辅导理论及“3+2”高职护生学习现状的深入研究,试图探讨一套针对“3+2”高职护生,有效提高学习自我效能的团体辅导方案。笔者对萍乡市某卫生学校2014级9个班级的“3+2”高职护生进行学习自我效能问卷调查,科学筛选学习自我效能感水平相当的三个班级作为被试。9周内,对三个班级采取不同干预方式:团体辅导、班级活动、无处理。实验结束后,收集、整理数据,对比三种方式的干预效果。研究结果如下:1、本团体辅导方案对提高“3+2”高职护生学习自我效能感水平效果显著。(1)实验干预后,实验组(1)、实验组(2)、对照组学习自我效能感总分之间F=5.336,p=0.006(p<0.01),差异显著。(2)在学习能力效能感维度上,实验组(1)、实验组(2)、对照组F=5.464,p=0.005(p<0.01),差异显著。(3)在学习行为效能感维度,实验组(1)、实验组(2)、对照组之间F=3.590,p=0.030(p<0.05)差异显著。2、通过对《团体成员自我评定量表》及《团体满意度自我评定量表》结果分析,结合成员分享,领导者观察,团体辅导方案得到了成员的认可和喜爱。

【Abstract】 Since American psychologist Bandura proposed self-efficacy theory,which has become an important research area of psychology, resulting in a huge and profound impact. Learning self-efficacy is self-efficacy theory applications in the field of education and learning. There are a large number of studies have shown that: the level of self-efficacy and academic learning behavior and academic achievement level are closely related. It has been proved that Learning self-efficacy can be improved through training such as group counseling.With the rapid economic development and the national macro-control policies’ support, the vocational education develops rapidly.“3+2” secondary vocational nursing students, mostly experienced many failures in their study. Their learning situation is worrisome. Low academic self-efficacy will affect their future career achievement and career development.With deep study of self-efficacy theory, group counseling theories and study status of “3+2” secondary vocational nursing students. This study attempts to explore group counseling to improve their learning self-efficacy. This study selected 9 classes in Grade 2014 of PingXiang Health School as the research objects, using three kinds of intervention methods for 9 weeks to compare the elevating level of academic self-efficacy, then compared the effects of these three methods. The three groups are the experimental group of psychological group counseling, the group of class activity, the control group without any processing.The conclusions of this research are as follows:1. The results show that the group counseling program had a significant role in improving learning self-efficacy of “3+2” secondary vocational nursing students.(1)After different intervention, the learning self-efficacy scale total score of experiment group(1), experiment group(2) and control group shows F=5.336, p=0.006(p<0.01) with significant difference.(2) On the dimension of learning self-efficacy in learning ability,the posttest score of experiment group(1), experiment group(2) and control group shows F=5.464, p=0.005(p<0.01) with significant difference.(3) On the dimension of learning self-efficacy in learning behavior,the posttest score of experiment group(1), experiment group(2) and control group shows F=3.590, p=0.030(p<0.05) with significant difference.2. According to the collective sharing of group members, personal interviews and feedback analysis, the group counseling programs have gained the favor and recognition from most of the group members.
