多评价主体下“乡村幼儿园骨干教师项目”培训效果研究

【摘要】 乡村学前教育是学前教育发展的薄弱环节,乡村幼儿教师队伍的整体素质关系到乡村学前教育事业发展的质量。因而,保障并提升“乡村幼儿园教师项目”的培训效果至关重要。本研究以湖南省2015年“乡村幼儿园骨干教师项目”为研究对象,采用目的抽样法,选取“乡村幼儿园骨干教师项目”的三所承办院校为研究个案,从学员、教师、培训管理单位、送培单位及家长五类评价主体视角出发,描述多评价主体下“培训效果”的表现,解读其表现后的深层原因,进而提出审视和改善“培训效果”建议。本研究共分为六部分。第一部分是绪论,包括本研究的研究缘起、文献综述、研究设计。第二部分,采用文本分析法,从学员来源、课程设置、师资配备三个方面阐述“乡村幼儿园骨干教师项目”的培训情况。第三部分至第五部分,采用问卷调查法与访谈法,从学员、教师、培训管理单位、送培单位及家长五个维度搜集各视角关于“乡村幼儿园骨干教师项目”培训效果的看法,并解读各视角中的“培训效果”。第六部分,通过分析多评价主体视角中“培训效果”的共性及特性,从理论与实践两个层面提出如何审视和提升“培训效果”的建议,在原有效果观的基础上,提出了培训效果的生态观并进行了阐释。

【Abstract】 Rural preschool education is a weak link in the development of preschool education,and the overall quality of rural preschool teachers is significant for the quality of rural preschool education development.Therefore,to safeguard and promote the training effect of "the Program of Core Teachers of Rural Kindergartens" is essential.In this study,we took "the Program of Core Teachers of Rural Kindergartens" in our province in 2015 as the object,using the purposive sampling method to select three institutions which undertake "the Program of Core Teachers of Rural Kindergartens" as a case study.This study described "training effect" by multi-dimensional perspective of five training units: the students,teachers,training management units,kindergartens and parents,so that to interpret the deep reason of performance and give the suggests of improving the training effect.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction,including the study of the origin of the study,literature reviews and research design.The second part,using the method of text to describe "the Program of Core Teachers of Rural Kindergartens" from aspects of the source of students,the curriculum and the teachers’ equipment.The third part to the fifth part,using the method ofquestionnaire and interview method to collect views about "the Program of Core Teachers of Rural Kindergartens" from the dimensions of students,teachers,training management unit,the kindergartens and parents,and further interpreted the training effect from those five perspectives.The sixth part,by analyzing the commonness and speciality of the training effect from the multi-subjects’ perspectives,proposed suggests of how to examine and promote the training effect from aspects of theory and practice,which means that how to promote the application by learning,how to ensure application by managing and how to enhance application by teaching.
