基于馆校结合的科学教师培训初步研究

【摘要】 “馆校结合”是非正式教育机构参与科学教育改革与发展的重要模式。从国际视角来看,其已在世界教育科学研究上广为流行。我国新课程改革已经势如破竹地走过了十多个年头,在收获与反思的今天,我们应直面国内严峻挑战,借鉴国际科学教育改革实践经验,深入研究以“馆校结合”为路径的科学教师专业培训模式。国内现代化科技场馆的不断发展壮大为广大“准科学教师”(科学教育专业师范生)和在职科学教师专业水平的综合提升开创了发展平台。在此背景下,本研究从科学教师专业发展需要同科技场馆培训资源及非正式教育特色相结合的视角,探索馆校合作模式下的科学教师培训,以期丰富科学教师专业发展途径,从而进一步完善科学教师培训机制。据此提高教师质量,促进科学教育改革与发展,助力我国科学教育水平在国际教坛上的弯道超越。本文由五部分组成:第一部分,主要围绕科学教师专业发展亟待完善的现实需要和综合科技场馆的快速发展的社会背景,说明利用科技场馆资源开展科学教师培训活动研究的目的和意义,阐明主要研究方法与依据。第二部分,利用国内外以科学教师专业发展和科学教育改革为主题的研究文献展开综述,搜集和整理近15年来我国科学教师专业发展在新一轮课程改革中表现出的突出问题,从专业知识与技能、专业精神与社会发展和专业培养机制三个基本层面分析其发展问题。同科技场馆的培训资源优势相对比,说明馆校结合培训模式的优点和意义。第三部分,从国际比较的视角,总结当前国内外科技馆中的科学教师培训经验。分析馆校结合培训模式施行的一般策略,从而得到相应启示以指导实践研究。第四部分,从科技馆中科学教师培训活动的目的、实施、测量与评估等环节初步探究和分析活动开发的原则与策略,通过案例实验验证馆校结合培训的有效性。第五部分是结论与展望。

【Abstract】 "Combination of Museum and School" is an important mode of informal education institutions involved in the reform and development of education science. From the international perspective, the world has been in the education scientific research is widely popular. The new curriculum reform in China has gone through more than ten years soon, the harvest and reflection of today, we should face the challenges. From the international science education reform experience, in-depth study of the "Museum of the school according to the mode of science teachers’professional training path. The development of modern science and technology and for the majority of domestic venues" quasi science teachers "(Science Teachers) to enhance the comprehensive and in-service Science teachers professional level to create a development platform in this context. This study, combined with the science and Technology Museum training resources and informal education characteristics from the perspective of science teachers’ professional development, to explore the museum school collaboration mode to teachers Training in the field of deepening, to enrich the professional development for teachers of science approach. In order to improve teacher training mechanism, improve the quality of teachers to promote the development of science education reform in China and beyond the power of science education in our country level teach at the corners of the altar.This paper consists of five parts:The social background of the rapid development of the first part mainly focus on the professional development of science teachers need to improve the practical needs and comprehensive technology venues, using science and technology museum resources to carry out the purpose and significance of the research of science teacher training activities, clarify the main research methods and basis.The second part utilization at home and abroad to professional development for teachers of science and science education reform as the theme to the research literature summary, collect nearly 15 years of science teachers’ professional development in China in the new round of curriculum reform in the outstanding problems, from professional knowledge and skills, designed spirit and social development and professional training has three basic aspects of mechanism analysis of its development. Compared with the science and Technology Museum training resources advantage, indicating that the museum school combined training mode of the advantages and significance.In the third part, from the perspective of international comparison, it summarizes the experience of science teacher training in science and Technology Museum at home and abroad.The fourth part from the science and Technology Museum of science teacher training activities, implementation, evaluation and study of measurement and analysis of the principles and Strategies of development. The effectiveness of the training activities through the combination of case experiment hall school.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
