基于微信公众平台的教师混合式培训模式的设计与应用

【摘要】 自21世纪数字化时代的到来,信息技术的应用渗透到社会生活的各个工作领域,从国家科研开发到金融数据管理,从军事科技武装到医药信息学,信息技术已经从根本改变了一切。在教育领域,教育信息化不仅指导教师培养信息化思维,更专注教师积极深入的应用信息技术来促进教育的改革和发展。为了规范我国教师信息化建设,由教育部颁发的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》将教师的信息技术应用能力培训的关注度推上了从未有过的高度,同年的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训课程标准(试行)》更是对教师培训内容的严谨概况,为更新一轮的教师培训提供了科学的指导纲领。以提升教师信息技术基本应用力,学科教学力和自我持续发展力为目标培养信息社会创新人才为目的,逐步建立符合社会经济发展的现代化教育队伍。由近年来中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训现状来看,仍然出现培训模式单一,培训内容陈旧等一系列问题。笔者通过问卷、访谈和实地考察,了解潜江教师信息技术应用能力和培训现状,对其进行研究分析,发现其中的问题。基于微信公众平台提出相应的新型培训模式,以混合式学习理论为基础,以微信公众平台为技术支撑,以解决教师教学实际问题为宗旨,通过对分析问卷、深入访谈,进一步了解教师的学习需求,并以《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》为依据制定不同培训模块的培训内容,并结合微信公众平台的特有功能,详细的提出不同时期的具体培训策略以提高教师的培训积极性,并配以大量真实学习案例供教师学习研讨,并在培训结束之后持续不断的提供培训后的学习服务。在培训过程中充分体现教师的主体能动性,通过建立讨论区实现教师自我知识的建构和发展,以小组合作学习充分培养了教师的探究能力,在培训中期为特定的培训内容设计微问卷来快速获得教师学习情况,及时做出调整。通过对培训前后教师的学习情况进行问卷调查,通过教师学习态度、学习完成情况、自身能力提升、培训后续支持等方面进行总结:基于微信公众平台的混合式教师培训模式是较为实用的,对提升教师信息技术应用能力是有成效的。

【Abstract】 Since the advent of the 21st century digital age, information technology permeate into various areas work of social life, since the development of the national research to financial data management from high-tech military armed to medicine informatics, information technology has fundamentally changed people’s everything. In the field of education, informatization of education not only guide teacher to cultivate information thinking way, but also focus on teachers to take in-depth application of information technology to promote the reform and development of education. In order to standardize teachers information construction in our country, The ministry of education has launched the "primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability standard (trial)" will focus on the ability of teachers IT training has never been pushed to the height, the same year the "primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability training curriculum standard (trial)" is more rigorous to teacher’s training contents, which becoming scientific guidance to teachers’ training program. In order to enhance teachers’ basic information technology application ability, teaching ability and sustainable development, cultivate innovative talents for the purpose of the information society, and gradually establish a modern education team in line with the socio-economic development. The Training of Teachers in recent years through information technology capabilities, the training mode, training contents and other issues still occurred.Through questionnaires, interviews and field trips to learn about the current situation and training Status information capabilities about Qianjiang City, doing research and analysis in order to find the problems. Then put forward a new training model based on Wechat public platform, the training mode based on blended learning theory, Wechat public platform for technical support to resolve the teachers’ teaching practical problems for the purpose. Through the analysis of questionnaire to participate in the training of teachers, in-depth interviews to know more about teachers’ learning needs, and "primary and secondary school teachers’ information technology application ability standard (trial)" as the basis to design the different training modules of training contents, and combined with the Wechat public platform specific features, detailed proposed in different periods of specific training strategies to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers training, and with a large number of real cases for teacher to learn and explore.Further more, Wechat public platform continue to provide the online service after the end of the training. During the training process, not only we to fully reflect the teacher’s main initiative, but also to achieve the construction and development of teacher self-knowledge through the establishment of discussion community, and in the middle of the training we can design some special micro questionnaires to get teacher’s learning situation on time in order to make timely adjustments.Through the questionnaires of the comparison of teachers’ learning situation before and after the training, through teachers’ learning attitude, Study completion, their own capacity building, training follow-up support and other aspects summary:the design and application of teacher training pattern base on wechat public platform hybrid is more practical to improve teachers’ information technology application ability.
