战术比赛教学模式对初中男子篮球课堂教学效果影响的实验研究

【摘要】 篮球运动一直是深受广大青少年热爱的团队配合运动运动项目之一,也是中学体育教学的重点内容。因此,篮球教学在提高学生运动参与、培养学生运动技能方面有着不可替代的作用。但是,传统的篮球课堂教学往往忽视了篮球运动本身开放性、应用性、实践性等特点,导致课堂教学达不到激发学生运动兴趣、提升学生运动能力的效果。那么,如何使初中篮球课堂教学效果得到最大化提高?如何使得初中男生在篮球课堂上充分动起来,进而使其在篮球运动技能、身体素质、篮球学习兴趣以及社会适应等方面获得切实提高?基于这样的思考,本研究拟通过借鉴国外先进的教学模式一战术比赛教学模式的先进理念和教学方法,并结合我国初中体育教学的实际情况,将其合理、有效地引用到我国初中篮球课堂教学中,以期对深化我国体育初中教学模式的改革起到一定的探索作用。有鉴于此,本文通过对战术比赛教学模式及其对初中男子篮球课堂教学效果的影响进行深入研究,无疑这对于初中篮球教学的理论和实践将具有深远的实际意义与价值。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、教学实验法等科研方法。以上海市闵行第五中学八级4个班109名男生为实验对象,2个实验班55人;2个对照班54人。实验班篮球课进行战术比赛教学模式的实验研究。经过分析,研究结论如下:(1)战术比赛教学模式比传统体育教学模式更注重对学生综合比赛能力的培养,更强调篮球技能与战术意识的培养,是值得借鉴与运用的,但在借鉴的同时,可以结合我国体育教学的实际进行有选择地应用。(2)战术比赛教学模式在篮球课堂教学中融入了竞赛的成分,学生的本体竞争意识增强,可以促进学生改善练习效果,提高篮球运动技能的学习效果。(3)战术比赛教学模式对提高学生速度、耐力、力量等身体素质效果显著。(4)战术比赛教学模式能培养学生的体育学习兴趣,调动篮球学习的积极性,有助于养成终身体育的习惯,对提高学生的篮球学习兴趣有非常显著的作用。(5)战术比赛教学模式注重培养学生心理和社会适应能力,对提高学生情意表现与合作精神有非常显著的作用。

【Abstract】 Physical education teaching model is the implementation of the national sports curriculum standards carrier, it is under the guidance of a certain physical education teaching ideas, in accordance with certain physical education theory or teaching law formed with a relatively stable, targeted teaching process structure and the corresponding teaching It is a bridge between the basic theory of physical education and the practice of physical education, and plays an important role in physical education teaching. Basketball has always been loved by the majority of young people with the team sports one of the sports, but also the focus of China’s sports power development projects. It requires basketball players not only have excellent personal ability but also a good basketball skills and tactics level. So, how to make junior high school basketball classroom teaching to maximize the effect? How to make junior high school students in the basketball class to fully mobilize, and then make it in basketball skills, physical fitness, basketball learning interest and social adaptation and other aspects of practical improvement? Based on this thinking, this study intends to use the advanced teaching mode of foreign countries-the advanced concept of teaching mode of tactics competition and teaching methods, and combine the actual situation of junior middle school physical education teaching in China, and apply it reasonably to our junior middle school basketball class Teaching, with a view to deepening the reform of China’s junior high school teaching mode play a certain role in the exploration. In view of this, this article through the tactical game teaching mode and its effect on the junior middle school basketball teaching effect of in-depth study, no doubt for the junior basketball teaching theory and practice will have far-reaching practical significance and value.This research adopts literature research method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, teaching experiment method and so on. A total of 109 male students from four class of eight grade in Shanghai Minhang the fifth Middle School were selected as the subjects,55 of them were in 2 experimental classes and 54 in 2 control classes. Experimental Research on Teaching Mode of Tactics Competition in Basketball Class in Experimental Class. After analysis, the conclusions are as follows:(1) Play Practice teaching mode is more emphasis on the cultivation of students’comprehensive competition ability than the traditional physical education teaching mode. In emphasizing basketball skills and tactical consciousness, it is worth learning and using, but at the same time, To be selectively applied.(2) Play Practice mode In the basketball classroom teaching, the competition elements are integrated. Students’sense of ontology competition is enhanced, which can promote the students to improve the practice effect and improve the learning effect of basketball skills.(3) Play Practice mode can improve the students’speed, stamina, strength and so on.(4) Play Practice mode can cultivate the students’interest in sports learning, mobilize the enthusiasm of learning basketball, help to develop the habit of lifelong sports, to improve students’interest in basketball learning has a very significant role.(5) Play Practice mode of tactics competition emphasizes the cultivation of students ’psychological and social adaptability, which has a very significant effect on improving students’ performance of emotion and cooperation.
