泉州市民办幼儿园英语教育存在的问题研究

【摘要】 随着社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化,英语日益成为重要的国际交往工具,英语的重要性不言而喻。科学地习得英语,对幼儿的语言能力、社会交往能力等素质都将产生积极的作用。然而,在当前幼儿园英语教育实践中,越来越多的问题却暴露出来。与此同时,从目前相关研究的整体状况来看,对幼儿园英语教育实证的研究还是比较缺乏,总体上也还不够深入。为了丰富幼儿园英语教育的相关研究,为幼儿园英语教育提供一定的借鉴和参考,本文采用文献法、观察法、问卷法、访谈法和文本分析法等研究方法,从幼儿园英语教育开展时间、开展形式、师资情况和家长的看法及满意度等四个方面对五所幼儿园英语教育的现状进行探讨发现:一、英语教育开展的时间短。二、英语教育的开展形式仍旧以专门的英语教育活动为主。三、师资状况上,幼儿园的英语教师有专职和兼职老师。四、家长的看法和满意度方面,大部分的家长对于幼儿园英语教育是持满意和积极的态度的。研究结果表明,目前泉州市民办幼儿园英语教育存在着相当大的问题,主要表现为:一、教育目标定位不正确。教师在设置英语教学活动目标时,过于注重认知目标,而忽视能力目标和情感态度目标。二、教学方法缺乏有效性。教学方法单一,不断地重复会使得幼儿逐渐失去兴趣,注意力逐渐分散,使得教学方法缺乏有效性。三、师资力量薄弱。兼职英语教师中同时具备英语专业知识和幼儿教育知识的较少。四、缺乏良好的英语交流环境。幼儿园英语教育活动没有与其他活动建立起联系,缺乏充分交流的语言环境。最后,笔者对泉州市民办幼儿园开展英语教育提出了相应的教育建议。

【Abstract】 With social life informationization and economic globalization, English is increasingly becoming an important tool for international communication and the importance is self-evident. Scientific English acquisition will have positive effort on children’s language ability and social communication. However, there are more and more problems exposed in current Kindergarten English education. And researches on Kindergarten English education are still insufficiency and no penetration.To enrich the researches and reference about Kindergarten English education, the paper adopts several research methods, such as literature search, observation, questionnaire, interview and documents analysis to study English education in 5 kindergartens on the aspects of time, method, teacher and parents’satisfaction. And the studies show:1. English education time is short.2. English education methods are still give priority to activities.3. There are full time and part time English teachers.4. Most parents satisfy Kindergarten English education and in positive attitude.The result expose below problems in Quanzhou private Kindergarten English education:1.Teaching target not correct. When setting education activities target, teachers emphasize too much on cognitive target and ignore ability target and emotional attitude.2. Teaching methods not effective.Teaching method is simple and boring. Repetition make the children lose interest and distract, then lead to ineffective teaching.3.Weakness of teaching staff. There is seldom part-time teachers both have professional English knowledge and early childhood education.4. Lack of English communication environment. Kindergarten English education activities are not combined with other activities, and lacking adequate communication environment.
