母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力的影响

【摘要】 社会功能损伤是自闭症儿童典型的症状特征,社会交往缺陷亦是自闭症儿童的核心缺陷。在自闭症儿童的干预研究中,提升儿童的社会交往能力一直被作为干预的重要目标。母亲作为陪伴自闭症儿童干预训练的第一人,对自己孩子的内隐态度影响其与孩子的互动方式,从而影响到对自闭症儿童社会交往能力的干预效果。本研究从自闭症儿童母亲内隐态度出发,探讨母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社会交往能力所产生的影响,在临床上为提升自闭症儿童的社会交往能力的干预方法提供实证性证据。研究采用量化与质性相结合的研究方法,对10对自闭症的儿童及其母亲进行追踪研究。具体为采用前后测实验设计的方法,研究一:自闭症儿童母亲内隐态度的实验研究——运用单类内隐联想测验(SC-IAT)测量经过8次团体心理辅导干预处理后,自闭症儿童母亲的内隐态度的前后差异。研究二:母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力影响的问卷研究——在研究一的基础上,运用《自闭症儿童治疗评定量表》(ATEC)对自闭症儿童的社会交往能力维度进行前后测差异检验。研究三:母亲内隐态度对自闭症儿童社交能力影响的个案研究——采用观察法,在自然状态下,对个案进行近5个月的追踪研究,探究自闭症儿童母亲经过干预后与孩子互动的行为变化及自闭症儿童社会行为的变化,为内隐联想测验结果提供质性研究支持。研究结果表明:(1)自闭症儿童母亲对自己孩子的内隐态度总体偏消极;(2)母亲对孩子消极的内隐态度会在与孩子的交流互动交往中体现,表达在母亲对自闭症儿童的认知倾向、情感倾向、行为倾向等维度;(3)团体心理辅导对母亲消极内隐态度起到积极的干预作用;(4)母亲消极的内隐态度会阻碍自闭症儿童社会交往能力的发展;积极的内隐态度能够促进自闭症儿童的社会交往能力的发展。

【Abstract】 Social dysfunction is a typical symptom of autistic children,and social communication is also the core defect of them.Improving children’s social communication ability has always been regarded as an important goal of intervention study.The mother’s implicit attitude towards their children can influence the way they interact with their children,thus influencing the children’s intervention effect of social communication ability.She also plays a vital important role in training process.Based on the mother’s implicit attitude of autistic children,this thesis discusses the influence of mother’s implicit attitude on social communication ability of children,and provides the empirical evidence for the intervention method of improving social communication ability of autistic children.In this study,we use the combination of quantitative and qualitative method to study 10 children whti autism and their mothers.The resarch adopts pre-and-posr test method,the Single Category Implicit Association Test(SC-IAT)was measured twice to explore the difference of implicit attitude of mothers after 8 groups of psychological counseling intervention.At the same time,we also use the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)before and after the intervention to measure the children’s social interaction ability,then using the difference test to process the result.In the meantime.the subjects were tracked for nearly 5 months by observation method to investigate the changes in the way the mother use to interact with their children after intervention and the social communication ability of children.The observation results will provide qualitative evidence for the implicit association test results.The results show that:(1)Mothers of children with autism have negative attitude towards their children’s implicit attitude;(2)The negative implicit attitude of mothers towards autistic children has an impact towards the cognitive tendencies,emotional tendencies and behavioral tendencies of autistic children;(3)Group counseling intervention has a positive effect on the negative implicit attitude of mothers of autistic children.(4)Mother’s negative implicit attitude will hinder the development of social communication ability of autistic children;The effective intervention to the mother’s implicit attitude has the promoting effect on the autistic children’s social communication ability.
