立德树人语境下中小学体育开展德育的文本解读和实践调查

【摘要】 中小学教育担负着推进民族振兴、向社会输送全面发展的综合性人才的重要使命。十八大提出要把"立德树人"作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的综合型人才,为当今中小学校的教育改革指明了方向。中小学体育作为实施"德育"渗透的主要途径,作为"德育"渗透的重要的载体之一,能够陶冶学生情操、增强体质、培养意志等。所以,重视"德育"渗透对中小学生的健康成长起着极为重要的作用,对促进学生和谐发展、全面发展、持续发展、终身发展等方面具有重要现实意义。本研究旨在:1)通过对相关政策和文件中所蕴含体育德育内容的梳理,找出其不足之处;2)通过对人教版、上海版、华东师大版中学体育与健康(健身)及小学《体育与健身》课本中相关德育内容进行梳理,分析在中小学体育教材中"德育"渗透存在的问题;3)通过问卷调查目前上海市中小学体育教师对"德育"的认知情况,了解当前中小学体育"德育"渗透的现状,为中小学体育开展德育提供理论依据和实践参考。本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,以"立德树人"为切入点,以政策文件、体育教材、体育公开课教案以及中小学体育教师作为调查对象,了解当前中小学体育开展德育的现状,进而提出相应建议。通过研究得出以下结论:(1)体育对中小学生的德育作用是全方位的,在中小学体育教学中渗透德育有必要且可行。(2)不同版本体育教材中"德育"内容渗透不够细化,尤其要加强小学教材德育内容的渗透。(3)体育公开课教案中"德育"内容表现出参差不齐,必须引起教师的高度重视。(4)对上海市部分中小学体育"德育"的调查研究得出:1)教师对不同版本体育教材中凸显"立德树人"的认同度较高;2)体育教师要充分挖掘体育教材中的丰富的德育资源,实现寓徳于体,充分发挥体育教学育人优势;3)加强德育评价指标的重视程度对提高教师的德育渗透意识至关重要;4)学校相关部门对教学中开展"德育"渗透工作极为重视。针对目前在中小学体育中开展德育存在的问题,本文提出相应的建议。

【Abstract】 Primary and secondary education is responsible for promoting the national rejuvenation,to the community to transport the comprehensive development of the comprehensive talent of the important mission.The "Moral education" declare that the fundamental task of as education,through the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,training morality and physical development of the four new,for today’s primary and secondary school education reform pointed out the direction.As one of the important carriers to permeate "moral education",physical education plays an important role in the healthy development of primary and secondary school students in the middle and primary school physical education.As the best platform for the education of the "moral education",the physical education classroom has become the best platform for cultivating students’ sentiment,strengthening the constitution,cultivating the will and spirit.In promoting the harmonious development,comprehensive development and sustainable development of the students,Lifelong development and so has important practical significance.The research aims to:1)Through the relevant policies and documents contained in the content of sports moral education comb,to find deficiencies;2)Through the human education version,Shanghai version,East China Normal University secondary school sports and health(fitness)related to the content of moral education and primary school "sports and fitness" in the textbook of arranging,analysis in primary and middle school sports in the teaching of "moral education" penetration problems;3)Through the questionnaire survey,Cognitive situation,to understand the current primary and secondary sports "moral education" infiltration of the present for primary and secondary schools to provide moral education to provide theoretical basis and practical reference.Through the research methods such as literature,questionnaire survey and so on,taking "Moral education" as the breakthrough point,taking the policy documents,the sports teaching books,the sports lesson plans,the moral education content and the primary and middle school physical education teachers as the survey object,The current primary and secondary school sports to carry out the present of moral education,and then put forward the corresponding recommendations.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)The moral effect of sports on primary and middle school students is all-round,and it is necessary and feasible to penetration moral education in primary and secondary school physical education.(2)Different versions of sports teaching materials,"moral education" content infiltration is not enough refinement,especially to strengthen the infiltration of moral education content in Primary school books.(3)Public class lesson’s "moral education" in the content to show irregularity,Teachers must be attach great importance to the design of teaching plan.(4)On the part of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai,"moral education"of the investigation and study:1)To strengthen the importance of moral education evaluation indicators to improve the teaching level of teachers is essential;2)Physical education teachers should fully digging the rich moral resources in the teaching materials of sports,realize the system of moral education and give full play to the advantages of physical education and education;3)Strengthening the degree of attention of moral education evaluation index is very important to improve the teaching level of teachers;4)The relevant departments of the school attach great importance to the development of "moral education" in teaching.
