初中物理教师教学思维的模型建构研究

【摘要】 教师肩负着为国家培养人才的重任,教师教学思维水平的高低影响着人才培养的质量。为了更好的培养学生的思维,则对教师的思维能力提出了更高层次的要求,因此,研究教师的教学思维很有必要。首先,通过文献资料和相关书籍的研读,考察教学思维的内涵,对其进行本体研究。在借鉴国内外对教学思维研究的基础上,结合物理思维的特点,研究应用于中学物理教学的初中物理教师的教学思维。然后在基于已有文献和访谈,把初中物理教师的教学思维划分为六个类型,分别是单向型与多维型教学思维、经验型与逻辑型教学思维、理智型与冲动型教学思维。仔细分析每类教学思维的特点,通过比较法对已有文献进行分析,找出构成初中物理教师教学思维结构的要素。再对新手教师、有经验教师和专家教师的教学思维进行分析,把初中物理教师的教学思维划分为尝试性物理教学思维、模式化物理教学思维和创新性物理教学思维三个层次。最后,将初中物理教师教学思维的宏观模型建立在以上研究的基础上,此模型是按照初中物理教师教学前、中、后三个阶段而建立的前后关联的模型。力图对未来学者进行物理教师教学思维的研究打好基础,也有利于教师更好的认识和调整自己的教学计划,进一步丰富教师培养的相关策略,为师范教育提供新的导向。

【Abstract】 Teachers shoulder the important task of cultivating talents for our country. The level of teachers’ teaching thinking affects the quality of talents’ cultivation. In order to better cultivate students’ thinking, teachers are required to improve the thinking ability to a higher level. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research on teachers’ teaching thinking.Firstly, the author studies its ontology through literature review and reading relevant books to investigate the connotation of teaching thinking. Based on the research on teaching thinking at home and abroad, combining the characteristics of physical thinking, the study addresses junior high school physics teachers’ teaching thinking, which is applied to high school physics teaching.Secondly, according to the literature and interviews, the teaching thinking of junior high school physics teachers is divided into six types, namely, one-way and multi-dimensional teaching thinking, empirical and logical teaching thinking, rational and impulsive teaching thinking. Through careful analysis of the characteristics of each type of teaching thinking and the literature using the method of comparison, the composing elements of junior high school physics teachers’ teaching thinking are identified. And through further analyzing the teaching thinking of novice teachers, experienced teachers and expert teachers, the teaching thinking of junior high school physics teachers are classified into three levels: tentative physics teaching thinking, model physics teaching thinking and innovative physics teaching thinking.Finally, the macroscopic model of junior high school physics teachers’ teaching thinking is built upon the above research. This model, front-back related, is established based on the before, during and after, these three stages of junior high school teaching. It is aimed to lay a solid foundation for future scholars to do the research on physics teachers’ teaching thinking.Besides, it is beneficial to teachers’ better understanding and adjusting their teaching plan,enriching the relevant strategies for teacher training and providing new orientation for teachers’ education.
