社会支持及参与动机对青少年运动参与的影响研究

【摘要】 研究目的:通过查阅相关文献发现社会支持与青少年运动参与行为有密切的关系,参与动机与青少年运动参与行为也有密切关系,本文则在已有的经验总结上,以我市青少年为例,具体分析青少年运动参与行为在社会支持及参与动机方面的差异分析,并且尝试着探索社会支持、参与动机、运动参与程度三者间有无关系,如有关系,其关系具体又是如何?希望通过本研究能对未来应用于青少年健康预防计划及开展各种青少年课外体育活动能提供重要的策略信息。研究方法:本研究以利川市11所学校的中学生作为研究对象,对其个人的社会支持状况、参与动机状况及运动参与程度展开调查。运用描述分析、关联分析、探索性(expforatory factor analysis,EFA)和验证性因素(confirmatory factor analysis,CFA)相结合的方法对调研数据进行处理,获得相应的结论与对策。研究结果:1)青少年社会支持由五个维度组成,其中男性青少年所获得家人支持、老师支持、信息支持、工具支持高于女生;家人有锻炼习惯的青少年其获得社会支持各维度均高于家人没有锻炼习惯者;家人文化程度越高的青少年其获得家人支持、老师支持、工具支持程度越高;家庭经济条件越好青少年其获得家人支持、朋友支持、信息支持及工具支持越高;民办学校的青少年获得家人支持、老师支持、信息支持及工具支持高于公办学校;初中生获得家人支持、老师支持、信息支持及工具支持均好于高中生。2)青少年运动参与动机由四个维度组成,表现为青少年运动参与动机与其生活地域及就读学校无关,但男性青少年在心理利益、社交需求、兴趣学习三方面动机高于女生;女生的健康适能动机高于男生;初中生的社交需求、兴趣学习及心理利益动机高于高中生,而高中生的健康适能动机高于初中生;家人文化程度高的青少年其健康适能动机显著高于家人文化程度低者;家庭经济条件好的青少年社会需求动机显著高于经济条件差者;家人有锻炼习惯者在参与动机四维度均高于家人无锻炼习惯者。3)男生运动参与程度好于女生,初中生的运动参与程度好于高中生,民办学校的青少年运动参与程度好于公办学校的青少年。家庭经济条件越好的青少年运动参与程度就越高,家人有锻炼习惯的青少年要高于家人没有锻炼习惯的青少年。4)参与动机对参与程度有显著正向效应,标准化路径系数为0.36**,社会支持对参与程度有显著的直接正向效应,标准化路径系数为0.55**,社会支持对参与动机有显著正向影响作用,标准化路径系数为0.41**,故参与动机对青少年运动参与程度的影响中介效应是成立的,即社会支持除了直接影响青少年的参与程度外,它还可以间接影响到青少年的参与动机,进而影响到青少年的运动参与程度。研究结论:1)根据不同性别、年级、就读学校等因素的影响,其社会支持状况表现不一,从整体上看,社会支持五个维度中,老师支持最高,工具支持最低。2)青少年参与动机与生长地域和就读学校无关,但是受性别、年级、父母文化程度等因素的影响,从整体上看参与动机以健康适能最高,社交需求最低。3)青少年运动参与程度在性别、年级、学校性质、家人文化程度、家庭经济条件、家人有无锻炼习惯方面存在显著的差异。4)社会支持,参与动机对青少年运动参与程度都有直接影响,但社会支持除直接影响青少年体育运动参与程度外,它还可能影响到青少年的参与动机,通过运动参与动机再间接影响青少年的运动参与程度,说明参与动机对社会支持及运动参与程度的中介作用成立。

【Abstract】 Research purpose:We found between social support and related literatures youth sports participation behavior has a close relationship,participation motivation and youth sports participation behavior also have close relations,this paper is on the existing experience,in our city teenagers,for example,the specific analysis of youth sports participation behavior in the social support and participation motivation of variance analysis,and try to explore the social support,participation motivation and sports participation between any relationship,if there are any relations,the relationship between specific and how? Hope that through this study can be applied to adolescent health for the future prevention plan and carry out various kinds of juvenile extracurricular sports activities can provide important policy information.Research method:In this study,11 Li chuan city school students as the research object,the personal social support,extensive investigation of participation motivation and exercise participation.Using descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory(exploratory factor,analysis,EFA)and confirmatory factor(confirmatory factor,analysis,CFA)method combined with the treatment of the survey data,the conclusions and countermeasures.Research results:1)adolescents’ social support consists of five dimensions,including male teenagers get family support,teacher support,information support,tool support is higher than female students;family habits of adolescents social support dimensions are higher than the family without exercise habits;the higher the degree of the family culture of teenagers get family support,teacher support the higher the degree of tool support,family economic conditions;adolescents with better access to family support,friend support,information support and tools to support higher;private school teenagers get family support,teacher support,information support and tools to support higher than public schools;junior high school students access to family support,teacher support,information support and support tools are good in high school students.2)youth sports participation motivation consists of four dimensions,performance for the youth sports participation motivation and living area and independent school,but in male adolescents psychological benefits,social needs,interest in learning motivation three higher than girls;girls’ health fitness motivation than boys;junior high school students’ interest in learning and social needs,psychological benefits the motivation is higher than that of high school students and high school students health fitness motivation is higher than the junior middle school students;family culture of the high degree of the adolescent health fitness motivation is significantly higher than the lower level of family culture;family economic conditions of adolescent social motivation was significantly higher than that in poor economic conditions;the family has the exercise habit in motivation is higher than that of four family without exercise habits.3)boys in participation in girls,junior high school students’ sports participation degree in senior high school students,the degree of participation in public school youth private school youth sports.The family economic conditions better youth sports participation degree is high,the family has the exercise habit of teenagers than family did not exercise habits of teenagers.4)participation motivation has a significant positive effect on the degree of participation,the path coefficient is 0.36** standard,social support has a direct significant positive effect on the degree of participation,the path coefficient is 0.55** standard,social support has significant positive influence on motivation,path coefficient is 0.41** standard,which is established on the participation motivation mediating the effect degree of youth sports,social support in addition to directly affect the degree of participation of teenagers,it can also help to influence young people’s participation motivation,thereby affecting the youth sport participation degree.Research conclusion:1)According to the different gender,grade,school and other factors,a mixed performance in the social support,overall,five dimensions of social support,teachers to support the highest and lowest tool support.2)Youth participation motivation and growth region has nothing to do with school,but the degree of gender,grade,parents culture,the influence of such factors as overall participation motivation to the highest health fitness,the lowest social demand.3)outh sports participation in gender,grade,school property,family education,family economic condition,family whether there exist significant differences in exercise habit.4)Social support in youth sports participation in the dominant social support in addition to directly influence the participation of youth sports,it can also take the opportunity to affect young people’s participation motivation,thereby affecting the youth sports participation indirectly;participation motivation in sunshine sports to promote youth participation in youth participation motivation degree.More strong,sports participation degree is strong.
