任务难度、材料结构和投放方式对幼儿计划性的影响 ——基于5-6岁幼儿手工活动的研究

【摘要】 幼儿的计划性逐渐受到人们的关注,有人将幼儿计划性视为学习品质之一,也有人将其视为一种活动风格。本研究倾向于将幼儿计划性视为学习品质,研究者以幼儿手工活动为切入点,给幼儿设置不同的任务难度、材料结构和投放方式,并对他们的手工活动过程进行观察和记录,描述幼儿计划性的整个操作过程和操作行为表现,呈现出幼儿计划性的内在构成和特点,分析影响幼儿计划性的因素,并针对这些问题提出培养幼儿计划性的教育建议。本研究主要采用实验法,以重庆市某幼儿园为研究样本,选取了5-6岁年龄段的64名幼儿作为被试。以幼儿计划性为因变量,任务难度、材料结构和投放方式为自变量,划分幼儿计划性的维度,将幼儿活动时间的长短、活动的熟悉程度、幼儿的活动兴趣和情绪等作为控制变量。研究者对幼儿在不同手工活动步骤中的行为表现进行观察与记录,分析幼儿行为的关联性,并使用计划性的定义对幼儿计划性表现符合度进行评定。接着从任务难度、材料结构、投放方式三个方面探究影响幼儿的计划性的因素,本研究通过对幼儿园教师的访谈、借鉴前人的研究并咨询相关专家,编制《幼儿计划性测验记录表》,作为研究工具对幼儿的计划性进行记录分析,以深入分析幼儿计划性的特点,并探讨幼儿手工活动的任务难度、材料结构、投放方式对5-6岁幼儿计划性的影响,本研究的主要结论如下。(1)任务难度对幼儿计划性有显著影响,在困难任务情境幼儿的计划性比在简单任务情境中表现得更好。投放方式对幼儿计划性有显著影响,幼儿在一次投放情境中的计划性比在分批投放情境中得分更高。材料结构对幼儿计划性没有显著影响。(2)在任务难度、材料结构和投放方式三因素交互效应上,材料结构与投放方式两者交互效应显著;材料结构与任务难度交互效应显著,具体呈现在执行计划和计划性总得分上,制定计划和完成计划部分不存在显著差异;其他交互效应不存在显著差异。根据研究结论提出以下几点教育建议:从教师的角度来说,要增强对幼儿计划性的引导,支持幼儿的计划行为;从教学的层面来说,教师要合理设置任务难度,材料投放方式多样化;从家长的角度来说,要配合幼儿园的教育工作,了解幼儿计划性的发展程度,给幼儿更多机会施展计划能力。

【Abstract】 The planning of children has been paid more and more attention.Some people think that the children’s plan is one of the learning quality,and some people regard it as a kind of activity style.This study is more likely to divide children’s planning into learning quality.Researchers use children’s manual activities as the starting point to set different task difficulty,material structure and delivery methods for children,and observe and record their manual activities,Describe the whole course of operation and behavioral performance of children planning,showing the inherent composition and characteristics of children’s planning,analyze the factors that affect the planning of children,and put forward the educational suggestions for cultivating children’s plan.In this examination,the experimental method was used as the basic research method.Taking a kindergarten in Chongqing as the research sample,64 children aged 5-6 years were selected as subjects,the children were planned as the dependent variable,the task difficulty,the material structure and The mode of delivery is an independent variable,the planned dimension of the child is divided into the control variable,the length of the child’s activity,the familiarity of the activity,the child’s interest and emotion.Researchers in the different manual activities in the performance of children’s behavior observed and recorded after the analysis of the relationship between the behavior of young children,the use of a planned definition of the performance of children planning performance to assess the degree of compliance.Then,from the aspects of task difficulty,material structure and delivery mode,the author explores the factors that affect the planning of children.Through the interviews with kindergarten teachers,the author draws on the research of the predecessors and consulted the relevant experts,and compiled the " Table ",as a research tool for the planning of children’s planning to analyze the characteristics of early childhood planning,and to explore the child’s manual activities of the task difficulty,material structure,delivery mode for the 5-6 year-old child planning impact,the main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The difficulty of the task has a significant effect on the planning of the children in the manual activities.In the difficult task situation,the performance of the children is better than that of the simple task.The mode of delivery has a significant impact on the planning of children,children in a given situation in the context of the score of the planned scores in the higher scores.Material structure has no significant effect on children’s planning.(2)The interaction effect of task difficulty,material structure and on the way of three factors,material structure and delivery method both a significant interaction effect,interactive material structure and the effect of task difficulty was embodied in the implementation plan and the plan of the total score,making plans and plans to complete part of the difference was not significant.Other interaction effects were not significant.According to the conclusion of the study,the following suggestions are put forward: from the teacher’s point of view,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of children’s planning and support the children’s planning behavior.From the teaching level,teachers should set the task difficulty,From the parents point of view,to cooperate with the kindergarten education work to understand the degree of development of children planning,to children more opportunities to display their planning capabilities.
