普惠性民办幼儿园成长的个案研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着国家大力发展普惠性民办幼儿园相关政策的颁布,普惠性民办幼儿园逐渐成为普及学前教育的主体。在我国现有的政策条件下,普惠性民办幼儿园在实际发展中,可能会遭遇什么,遇到哪些困难,收获什么体验,办园者办园背后的努力与希望,烦恼与收获,沮丧与幸福,很少有人关注。研究普惠性民办幼儿园的成长,揭示普惠性民办幼儿园的实际生存状况,有助于丰富幼儿园研究的相关成果,并为办园者提供经验借鉴和实践指导。与当前关于普惠性民办幼儿园成长与发展的理论研究不同,本研究走进重庆市一所飞速发展的普惠性民办幼儿园——W园,倾听办园者的心声,通过对办园者即园长、教师和家长们进行深入访谈,实地考察了解W园,运用叙事的手法立体再现W园的成长之路,最后得出一些反思和建议。本研究共分为五部分内容,第一部分是绪论,主要介绍了本研究的选题缘由、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法及过程等问题。第二、三、四部分从W园成长的三个层次分别展示了其成长历程、总结成长经验、揭示成长困境并进行原因分析。通过回顾W园的成长历程,分析并总结了W园成功创办并发展壮大的主要经验,发现了W园的成长过程的困境并进行了原因分析。第五部分是由个案带来的对整个普惠性民办幼儿园成长的反思和启示。普惠性民办幼儿园的成长是一个复杂的过程,涉及幼儿园的方方面面,结合W园的成长故事,笔者从政府应强化统筹管理,发挥主导作用;幼儿园本身要兼顾软硬建设,坚持内涵发展的道路;并且注重吸收社会力量办学等三个角度对普惠性民办幼儿园成长进行反思,提出了一些切实可行的建议和意见。从政府的角度要加强管理和监督、保障规范幼儿园发展,要加大投入完善体制,要增强政策扶持力度,提升教师地位以及要建立质量监督与评价机制。幼儿园角度要提供合格的保教质量,要培养自己的教师队伍,并在办园性质和形式上提供多样选择,最后要走内涵发展道路,分别从特色发展和科研兴园两方面阐释。最后提出来吸引民间资源办学,发展多种办园模式。本文对一所普惠性民办幼儿园——W园的成长之路进行细致深入的研究,并非要总结出普适性的教育规律,而是寻求情景化、真实的发展过程。期望通过立足现实土壤的研究为学前教育做一点微不足道但扎实的工作。以期对后续的研究提供一些真实反应普惠性民办幼儿园的资料和启发。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the development of the country’s policy on the development of inclusive private kindergarten,inclusive private kindergarten has become the main part of universal early childhood education.In the policy of the current conditions of our country,inclusive private kindergarten in the actual development,what difficulties may encounter to the kindergarten,what experience do the kindergarten and what`s happened behind the effort and hope,worries and harvest,frustration and happiness,few researchers pay attention to it.To study the growth of inclusive private kindergarten,to reveal the actual living conditions of inclusive private kindergarten,help to enrich the relevant research results of kindergarten,and provide experience and guidance for the practice of the park.Different from the current theoretical research on the inclusive private kindergarten growth and development,the research into the Chongqing city a rapid development of inclusive private kindergarten——W kindergarten,listen to the voices of the kindergarten,the kindergarten is the principal,teachers and parents conducted in-depth interviews,field visits to understand W kindergarten,the use of narrative the technique of three-dimensional reproduction W kindergarten growth path,finally draws some reflections and suggestions.This study is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the topic of this study,research significance,research status,research methods and processes.The second and the three or four part of the W kindergarten from the growth of the three levels,respectively,to show the growth process,summed up the experience of growth,to reveal the reality of the problem and cause analysis.By reviewing the development process of W kindergarten,this paper analyzes and sums up the main experience of the successful establishment and development of W kindergarten,finds out the plight of the growth process of W kindergarten and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part is the reflection and Enlightenment of the development of the inclusive private kindergarten.Inclusive private kindergarten growth is a complex process,involving all aspects of the kindergarten,park combined with W kindergarten’s growth story,the government should strengthen the overall management,play a leading role;kindergarten itself to both hard and soft construction,adhere to the connotation of development;and focus on three aspects of absorbing social forces etc.reflections on inclusive private kindergarten growth,in order to bring some consideration for the majority of researchers.In this paper,the development of a private inclusive kindergarten W kindergarten,a detailed and in-depth study,not to sum up the universality of the law of education,but to seek the scene,the real development process.I hope that through the study of the reality of the soil for private pre-school education to do a little but solid work.In order to provide some real response to the follow-up study inclusive private kindergarten information.
