【摘要】 目前国内外关于教师信念的研究不断丰富,然而,对中学历史教师信念的研究却没有得到应有的关注。历史教师信念是指历史教师在教学情境与教学经历中,对教学工作、教师角色、学生、学习等相关因素所持有且信以为真的观点,并在自己的教学行为中信奉且努力践行的,因而能够影响教师的教学行为。 本文以S中学的W教师为研究对象,采用访谈和课堂观察的方法,总结归纳W教师的教学特色,在特色的基础上深层次挖掘W教师的教师信念,进而提出研究问题,即教师信念在其教学特色形成过程中发挥的重要作用,旨在发现教师信念与教学特色的关系。作为本文研究对象的W教师拥有十年的教学经验、教学特色比较鲜明,具有一定代表性。 笔者首先跟踪W教师的课堂教学,然后对教师进行访谈,并对访谈内容进行记录,以便归纳总结W教师的信念及教学特色。最后分析教师信念与教学特色之间的关系。 通过对记录以及录音资料的整理与分析,笔者发现(一)教师对于教学与学习的信念与教师的见解独到,构思奇特的特点呈现出一致性。(二)教师对自己学科的认识会体现在教师的教学实践中。比如认为历史的特征是连续性,因而历史课注重情境的创造,在情境中感悟历史。(三)教师对于学生需要的理解要求教师在授课的过程中以学生为本,立足学情。也就是说,基本上教师信念与教师教学特色是一种一一对应的关系或者多对一的关系,也就得出了文章的结论：教师信念是其教学特色形成的一个重要的影响因素。最后对此研究的启示进行阐述。在文章最后指出本研究的不足之处。
【Abstract】 At home and abroad and the research on teachers’beliefs is unceasingly rich, however, to the middle school history teacher belief studies have not given proper attention. History teachers’beliefs is refers to the history teacher in teaching situation and teaching experience of teaching work, roles of teacher and students, learning and related factors and hold it’s point of view, and in the teaching practice and practice in efforts to believe in, and thus be able to influence the teacher’s teaching behavior.In this paper the W for teachers’S high school object of study, the interview and classroom observation method, summarizing W teachers’teaching characteristic, on the basis of the characteristic in deep mining W teacher’s teachers’beliefs, and then put forward the research question, namely teachers’beliefs in the teaching process of forming of characteristics of play the important role of teachers’beliefs and designed to find teaching characteristic of the relationship. As the research object of the teachers have10years of W teaching experience, the teaching characteristic comparison is bright, has the certain representation.The author first tracking W teachers of classroom teaching, and then teachers to interview, and the interview contents in the record, so that summarizes the teachers’ beliefs and W teaching characteristic. In the final analysis, teachers’beliefs and the relationship between the teaching characteristics.Through to the record and the recording of data collection and analysis, the author found that (1) teachers teaching and learning for the faith and the teachers’ views were original, conception is peculiar characteristics present a consistency.(2) to the understanding of the subject teachers will be reflected in the teachers’teaching. Such as the characteristics of that history is continuity, pay attention to the creation of the situation and history, history feeling in the situation.(3) teachers for the needs of the students understand the requirements in the process of teachers in teaching students basis, based on learning mood. That is, it is essentially teachers’beliefs and teachers’teaching characteristic is a one-to-one relationship of a relationship or more, also obtained the conclusion:teachers’beliefs is the teaching characteristics of the formation of an important influence factors. Finally the enlightenment of this study in this paper. At the end of the paper points out the shortcomings of this study.
