【Abstract】 Preschool education is an important part of basic education, and it is the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in our country. The State-and long term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020) "pointed out that countries to promote the education fair as the focus, adhere to the education of public welfare and inclusive, science put forward the basic universal preschool education development tasks. Adhere to the government led, social participation, public and private simultaneously, to encourage social forces to hold a variety of forms of kindergarten. High quality education is an important guarantee for the healthy growth of children, and the key factor that affects the quality of the private kindergarten education is the overall quality and level of the kindergarten teachers. In recent years, although the development speed and scale of private kindergarten has shown a good development trend, but in the construction of teachers, there are many problems. Especially in the private kindergarten teachers extremely unstable phenomenon is outstanding, the loss of teachers directly influences the quality of education improved rate, as the a private kindergarten, have a deep understanding about it. Incentive is the soul of the organization and management, and scientific motivation is quite effective to stimulate the initiative and creativity of the people. This study selected 10 private kindergarten as research samples, through questionnaires, interviews, observation and other forms of in-depth study, combined with their own work experience, understand the current private kindergarten teachers flow rate and incentive demand, analysis of existing problems and influencing factors of proposed improvement measures, hope to promote private kindergarten healthy and sustainable development.This study is divided into five chapters:The first chapter put forward the question at first, private kindergarten teachers incentive strategy of the importance and urgency of proposed according to the current "into the park difficult" of the background, and then elaborated on the theoretical and practical significance, and finally the specific ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the literature review, focusing on the domestic and foreign research in the "incentive" to sort out the existing important research theory and achievements for reference.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the loss rate of private kindergarten teachers, and makes a regular summary of the factors that affect the flow of teachers.The fourth chapter first from two aspects of material and spiritual needs of kindergarten teacher of run by the local people incentive needs carries on the investigation and the analysis, then on current motivation status of satisfaction survey and analysis, find out the existing problems and the influencing factors were summarized and concluded.In the fifth chapter, combined with the impact of related factors on the rate of loss of kindergarten teacher of run by the local people and private kindergarten teachers for the status of the different needs of the incentive, from different angles, put forward measures to improve and perfect, hope that through reasonable incentive strategy to reduce the turnover rate and improve the effect of the quality of education.
