基于以人为本理念的初中教师管理研究 ——以龙岩市四所初中为例

【摘要】 振兴中华的希望在教育,办好教育的重任在教师。教师是学校发展的根本动力,对学校的综合实力、办学水平、发展潜力和社会认可度起到了至关重要的作用。所以,在学校管理中,教师的管理是关键。以人为本的管理理论是把教师作为学校管理组织中最重要的资源,学校的任何教师管理工作都要以教师为核心,提倡管理者要尊重教师的尊严与价值,并以充分调动教师的主动性、积极性和创造性为工作重心。在中学教师管理中实施以人为本,是促进教师专业发展、学校办学水平提高的一个重要条件。然而,以人为本的管理思想虽已被倡导多年,但许多学校领导者对于这种管理方式的认识还相对不够,并没有真正落到实处。因此,笔者对龙岩的四所中学教师开展了关于学校教师管理情况调查,通过统计发现教师管理中存在的诸多问题,并分析这些问题的产生原因。最终探讨、总结出作为管理者,首先应该努力提高自身的观念和人格魅力,然后建构规范的初中教师管理制度,推进管理方式的变革。与此同时加强校园文化建设,营造和谐的管理氛围。最终促进教育教学的全面发展。

【Abstract】 Education is the hope to prosper China,and the heavy responsibility of well education relies on the teachers.Teachers are the fundamental driving force for the development of the school for they play a vital role in school’s comprehensive strength,education level,development potentials and social recognition.Therefore,teacher management is the key matter in school management.Human-oriented teacher management theory and practice that in line with the requirements of present knowledge economy era are the essence of Chinese and foreign advanced management thoughts.This management theory takes the teacher as the most important resource in school organization management,every management work of teachers should center on them.It calls on the managers to take the inspiration of teachers’ initiative,enthusiasm and creativity as work centrality,and respect the dignity,the value of teachers.The implementation of human oriented management in middle school teachers is a very important prerequisite to promote teachers’professional development and school-running level.However,the management thought of Human-oriented has been advocated for many years,but many school leaders do not know enough about it.Therefore,the author carries out a survey on school teacher’s management of four middle school teachers in Longyan and finds out a plenty of problems in teachers’ management through statistics and analysis.And to analyze the causes of these problems.Finally,it discusses and summarizes that as managers,we should first try to improve their own ideas and charisma,and then build a standardized management system for junior high school teachers,and promote changes in management methods.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of campus culture and create a harmonious atmosphere of management.Ultimately promote the overall development of education and teaching.
