幼儿教师师德培育研究

【摘要】 古往今来,教师这一职业的发展是否良好,是关乎教育质量的关键。尤其是作为人生当中的启蒙者——幼儿教师,幼儿教师队伍的发展状况,在社会发展的各个阶段中,都居于重要地位,作为从事这个岗位的工作人员,肩负着使命与责任并重的工作任务。教师作为一个社会培养和教育下一代的极其重要的社会成员,必须遵守社会约定俗成的职业道德标准和职业道德规范。而幼儿教师因为作为幼儿人生中最重要的启蒙阶段的引领者,在社会中所承担的角色和职能所具有的特殊性,因此,社会对其从事该职业的人群应具有的师德标准又远远超出对一般成员的要求。本论文正是基于这样的前提判断,对幼儿教师的师德现状进行调查,在肯定幼儿教师整体素质较高,推动幼儿教育发展的同时,面对人们“美好生活”更高的需要,幼儿教师的师德培育方面还存在一定的不足:理念上:重师德管理轻师德培育;内容上:重外在规范轻内在成长;形式上:重单一灌输轻多元贯通;方法上:重因循传统轻变革创新。这些问题主要与幼儿教育传统管理体制、市场经济的负面影响以及个人发展有关。最后基于之前诸多学者对幼儿教师的师德所进行的相关理论及实践这两方面内容的研究成果之上,从幼儿教师师德的培育内涵和发展为主旨,在分析师德培育的新局面的基础上,探索出不同于现有的师德培育模式,以此来对幼儿教师进行符合新时代背景的师德培育模式。本文共分为三个章节。第一章的主要内容就是对幼儿教师师德的相关概述,由两部分构成,包括相关的概念还有理论基础。论文的第二章分为两部分,首先通过对J省八所具有代表性的幼儿园的老师,进行关于师德培育现状的问卷调查,在取得数据进行整理总结的基础上,对我国幼儿教师师德培育现状进行分析。对现有的师德培育成绩进行充分的肯定,对于不足之处找出共性,总结归纳存在的问题,并进行深层次剖析。第三章是本论文的重点,也是难点所在,从主客观、宏微观四个维度围绕培育的内容、机制、主体、氛围四个方面提出解决问题的建议和对策。

【Abstract】 Throughout the ages,whether the professional development of teachers is good is the key to the quality of education.In particular,as the enlightener in life—the kindergarten teacher and the development status of the kindergarten teacher team,they all play an important role in all stages of social development.As the staff working in this position,they shoulder the mission and responsibility..As a society that trains and educates the next generation of extremely important members of society,teachers must abide by socially established professional ethics standards and professional ethics norms.Because the role of preschool teachers in the society as a leader in the most important stage of enlightenment in life and the particularity of the roles and functions that the preschool teachers play in the society,the society is far behind the standard of ethics that should be possessed by the people engaged in the profession.Far beyond the requirements of the general membership.This thesis is based on such premise judgments.It investigates the status quo of teacher teachers’ morality in preschool teachers.It affirms that the overall quality of preschool teachers is higher and promotes the development of preschool education while meeting the higher needs of people for “a better life”.There are still some deficiencies in the cultivation of teachers’ morality: in terms of philosophy: emphasis on the cultivation of teachers’ morality in the teaching profession;on the content: emphasis on the external development of the internal light;on the form: focusing on the single infusion of light and multi-dimension;on the method: emphasis on tradition Light change and innovation.These problems are mainly related to the traditional management system of early childhood education,the negative impact of the market economy,and personal development.Finally,based on the previous research results of the related theories and practices of the teachers’ morality of the preschool teachers by many scholars,from the perspective of the cultivation and development of preschool teachers’ morality,the new situation of the cultivation of the analyst ethics On the basis of this,it explores ways of nurturing the teacher-ethics that are different from the existing teacher-ethics cultivation model,in order to adapt the preschool teachers to a new era.This article is divided into three chapters.The main content of the first chapter is the relevant overview of kindergarten teachers’ morality.It consists of two parts,including related concepts and theoretical basis.The second chapter of the dissertation is divided into two parts.First of all,the teachers of the four representative kindergartens in J province are asked to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of teacher moral education.Based on the data collected and summarized,the teachers of the kindergarten teachers in our country are German cultivation status quo analysis.We must fully affirm the existing achievements in the cultivation of teachers’ morality,identify commonalities for inadequacies,summarize and summarize existing problems,and conduct in-depth analysis.The third chapter is the focal point and the difficulty of this thesis.It puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for solving problems from four aspects: subjective,objective,macroscopic and microscopic,focusing on the content,mechanism,subject and atmosphere of cultivation.
