我国STEM教育项目评价指标体系研究

【摘要】 互联网经济时代,人类面临的社会问题越发具有复杂性和系统性,社会对于高水平创新型、复合型、应用型人才的培养提出了迫切的需求。STEM教育提倡从真实生活问题出发,致力于培养学生运用多学科的知识来探究和解决问题,以期提高学生的综合素养。随着国内对于STEM教育关注度提升,以项目形式开展的STEM教育越来越普遍,如何对STEM教育项目进行评估已成为研究者关注的重点。本研究从STEM教育项目评价问题出发,通过文献调研STEM教育的国内外研究现状,并使用比较研究法对国外现有STEM教育项目评价指标体系的评估主体、评估对象、评估指标内容、评估方法或流程等进行分析总结。同时依据CIPP项目评估模型对指标体系进行分类分析,从项目背景、项目输入、项目过程与项目结果四个方面总结出STEM教育项目评估的关键内容及其特点,为后期研究奠定了良好的理论与实践基础。基于指标体系构建原则和STEM教育项目的设计原则,结合我国STEM教育项目发展现状,初步构建了STEM教育项目评价指标体系。在提出STEM项目预评估框架基础上,本研究首先运用德尔菲法确定多元且具有权威的专家小组对指标体系进行评估与打分,并采取界值标准法来筛选指标,结合专家建议进行修改,直至专家意见趋向一致。其次,采用层次分析法对各个层级的指标赋予权重,最终确定STEM教育项目评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标,14个二级指标和37个三级指标。基于本文构建的STEM教育项目评价指标体系和我国STEM教育发展现状,提出了以下三条关于开展STEM项目的建议:全面重视STEM教育,提升教师专业化水平与学生综合素质;关注STEM项目开展的每个环节,保证活动的严密性与有效性;保证学习资源的完备度,关注项目的示范与推广。

【Abstract】 In the era of Internet economy,the social problems faced by human beings are becoming more and more complex and systematic,and the society has put forward an urgent demand for the cultivation of high-level innovative,compound and applied talents.STEM education advocates starting from real life problems,and aims to train students to use multidisciplinary knowledge to explore and solve problems,so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality.With the increasing attention paid to STEM education in China,STEM education in the form of projects is becoming more and more common.How to evaluate STEM education projects has become the focus of researchers.Starting from the issue of STEM education project evaluation,this study investigated the research status of STEM education at home and abroad through literature,and then analyzed and summarized the evaluation subjects,evaluation objects,evaluation index content,evaluation method or process of the existing STEM education project evaluation index system abroad by using comparative research method.According to the CIPP project evaluation model,the index system is classified and analyzed.The key contents and characteristics of STEM education project evaluation are summarized from four aspects:context,input,process and product,which lays a good theoretical and practical foundation for later research.Based on the principles of construction and STEM education project design,and the current situation of STEM education project in China,the evaluation index system of STEM education proj ect is preliminarily constructed.On the basis of the proposed STEM project pre-evaluation framework,this study used Delphi method to determine the evaluation and scoring of the indicator system by multiple and authoritative expert groups,and adopted the boundary value standard method to screen the indicators,and modified them in combination with expert Suggestions until the expert opinions were consistent.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign weights to the indicators at different levels.Finally,the evaluation index system and its weight of STEM education projects were determined,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 3 7 third-level indicators.Based on the evaluation index system of STEM education project and the current situation of STEM education development in China,this paper puts forward three enlightenments for carrying out STEM project:attaching importance to STEM education in an all-round way,improving teachers’professional level and students’ comprehensive quality;paying attention to every link of STEM project to ensure the rigor and effectiveness of activities;ensuring the completeness of learning resources and paying attention to project demonstration and quality.Extension.
