移动端STEM教育资源设计方法研究

【摘要】 现阶段国内STEM教育主要以STEM课程或者项目的形式开展,优质的教育资源主要集中在少数发达城市,STEM师资力量也有很大缺口,欣慰的是,移动学习这一新型学习模式为解决优质教育资源分布不均衡的问题提供了途径。移动学习具有移动性、个性化、智能化等特点,移动学习资源具备组织多媒体信息、模拟真实情境、实现多种交互等功能,这些特点与功能与STEM教育提倡的情境式学习、以学习者为中心、提倡学生自主探索与发现等理念有深刻的契合之处,因此移动学习可有力支持STEM教育理念的实现,探究基于STEM教育理念的移动资源设计方法有很大的必要性。本研究首先在梳理STEM教育研究现状及相关理论的基础上,对STEM教育理念进行了深入辨析,总结出实现STEM教育理念需要遵循的原则:灵活性原则、情境性原则和基于问题的原则;接着对移动学习、移动学习资源的相关研究进行梳理,提出一般移动学习资源的设计模型——基于需求、素材和原型的“三步迭代式”设计模型,并给出设计建议;接着,对现有优质的STEM教育APP进行分类分析,包括平台课程类、模拟呈现类、模拟创造类、训练进阶类、编程控制类以及情节故事类,从学习理论、布鲁姆教育目标体系以及技术应用等视角进行深入分析与总结;然后,在以上研究的基础上,提出基于STEM教育理念的移动学习资源设计原则、设计方向和设计方法,这是本研究的核心内容与成果;最后,运用所提出的基于STEM教育理念的“三步迭代式”设计方法开发设计了名为“小科学家豆豆”APP中的“声音的奥秘”项目,并进行了实证研究,研究结果表明该设计方法具有可行性和适应性,但也有改进的空间。本研究运用了文献研究法、案例分析法、实验法、问卷调查法,配对T检验以及归纳演绎、类比推理、思辨想象、分析综合等思维方法,创新性的研究成果主要包括:移动学习资源的设计模型——基于需求、素材和原型的“三步迭代式”设计模型,以及基于STEM教育理念的移动学习资源设计原则、设计方向和设计方法。“三步迭代式”设计模型符合移动学习资源设计的底层逻辑,能与特定的教学理念融合,表现出较强的开放性、适应性、可扩展性;基于STEM教育理念的移动学习资源设计原则包括逻辑相融原则、媒体形态情境化原则、功能与技术综合考量原则;基于STEM教育理念的设计方向包括:前期分析明确需求与资源类型、依据教学策略添加交互机制、打造情境式学习、能力评估功能与社交功能按需设计、根据需求及资源类型充分准备素材、设计原型图并保证验证流程完整;基于STEM教育理念的“三步迭代式”设计方法是将上述设计原则、设计方向与“三步迭代式”设计模型结合的成果。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,domestic STEM education is mainly carried out in the form of STEM courses or STEM projects.High-quality educational resources are mainly concentrated in a few developed cities,and there are also great shortage of STEM teachers.It is gratifying that mobile learning,a new learning mode,provides a way to solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of high-quality educational resources.Mobile learning has the characteristics of mobility,individuation and intellectualization.Mobile learning resources have the functions of organizing multimedia information effectively,simulating real situations,and realizing various interaction modes.These characteristics and functions are in deep agreement with the educational concepts advocated by STEM education,such as situational learning,learner-centered,independent exploration and discovery.So it can strongly support the realization of STEM educational concept to develop STEM education resources on mobile terminals.Firstly,on the basis of combing the research status and relevant theories of STEM education,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the concept the STEM education,and summarizes the principles that should be followed to realize STEM education idea:the flexibility-based principle,the situational-based principle and the problem-based principle.Secondly,by systematically combing the research status and related theories of mobile education and the design of mobile learning resource,this paper puts forward the design model of general mobile learning resource:the three-step iterative design model,which based on demand,material and prototype.And some design suggestions are followed.Thirdly,the existing high-quality STEM education APP are classified and analyzed.Those APPs are classified to six types:platform course,simulation&presentation,simulation&creation,training&advancing,programming&control and plot stories,which are analyzed from the perspective of learning theory,Bloom’s educational goal system and technology.Then,on the basis of the above research,the mobile resource design principles,design directions and design methods based on STEM education concept are put forward,which are the core contend and achievement of this study.Finally,using design method mentioned above,the project of "the secret of sound",which belongs to the "Little Scientist Doudou" APP,is designed and developed,and an relevant empirical study is carried out.The results show that the design method proposed above is feasible and adaptable,but there is still some room for improvement.The methods of literature research,case analysis,experiment,questionnaire survey,paired T test and some thinking methods such as induction and deduction,analogy and reasoning,speculation and imagination,analysis and synthesis,are used in this research.And the innovative research results mainly include:the core model of mobile learning resource design method:three-step iterative design model based on demand,material and prototype,the design principles,directions and method of mobile learning resource based on STEM education concept.Among them,the three-step iterative design model conforms to the bottom logic of mobile learning resources design,and can integrate with specific teaching ideas,showing strong openness,adaptability and expansibility.The design principles of mobile learning resources based on STEM education concept include:the principle of logical integration,the principle of situational media form,and the principle of comprehensive consideration of function and technology.The design directions include:define the needs and resource types in the early stage,add interactive mechanism according to teaching strategies,creating situational learning environment,design the ability evaluation function and social function on demand,prepare detailed materials according to the needs and resource types,and design prototype drawings and verify the results.The designing methods is the result of the combination of the three design principles,the six design directions and three-step design model.
