电子课本中学习活动记录及其共享机制的研究 ——基于xAPI扩展epub3.0标准的实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着互联网技术的日新月异,许多高新技术相继引入教育界,推动了教育信息化进程的持续发展。其中,电子阅读的发展使人们的阅读方式不再局限于纸质化阅读,同时也影响着教育教学方式的变革,因此,电子课本应运而生。同时,互联网信息时代下用户选择产品的决策心理也发生了巨大的转变,由最初的功能式消费到近年来流行的体验式消费,这在电子教材领域尤备关注,也成为了教育技术领域内各学者关注的焦点。不单单局限于满足知识性需求,追求人性化的设计和沉浸式体验的电子课本,更加符合“以人为本”的发展理念。本研究从对国内外有关电子课本的文献研究分析入手,着重探讨电子课本标准研究以及电子课本中资源活动设计研究。发现国内电子课本的发展处于一个混乱的状态,对于电子课本的认识和应用大多以静态内容展示为主,电子课本的标准研究多数处于理论研讨中,缺乏统一的格式标准,尚无明确的电子课本出版模式和架构设计研究。虽然国外关于电子课本的实践应用较为丰富,但对于电子课本中学习活动的标准化记录仍无明确的研究。随着大数据时代的到来,如何通过追踪、记录电子课本中学习活动数据来提供学习服务与学习支持亟需受到足够的关注和重视。本研究在调研国内外与电子课本有关的相关文献及资料基础上,采用xAPI技术扩展了epub3.0电子课本标准,对电子课本中学习活动的记录及其共享机制进行了研究。本文在对epub3.0标准基于xAPI的可扩展性分析的基础上,针对电子课本的富媒体呈现、学习评价与反馈、习题测验三个方面的学习活动进行了功能设计,提出了基于xAPI技术对epub3.0标准的扩展方案;接着对扩展方案的技术实现进行了描述,包括开发环境的搭建、epub3.0电子课本的创建、学习活动数据的采集、数据的传输与存储等详细的开发流程;最后对实现方案进行了测试分析,结果表明,扩展的电子课本实现了格式和学习活动数据的标准化,内容的展示方式更为丰富多样,能够实现数据的实时存储和多用户、多平台的数据共享。本文着眼于当前电子课本的应用现状,基于国际主流标准的支持,试图构建用户体验良好、注重发掘教育数据的智能化、网络化、个性化的电子课本学习环境。本研究将epub标准与xAPI标准相结合,具有较高的创新性和实用性,两大标准的融合将会带来增值效应,同时能够对当前电子课本的开发与制作提供整体架构设计思路,以促进电子课本的推广和数字化学习,同时为高质高效教学、实现教育数据共享提供有力的技术保障。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,many high-tech technologies have been introduced into education,which has promoted the continuous development of the education informationization process.Among them,the development of e-reading makes people’s reading style no longer confined to paper-based reading,but also affects the transformation of education and teaching methods.Therefore,electronic textbooks came into being.At the same time,the decision-making psychology of userst’ choice of products in the Internet information age has also undergone tremendous changes,from the initial functional consumption to the popular experiential consumption in recent years,which is particularly concerned in the field of electronic textbooks and has become an area of educational technology.The focus of attention of various scholars.It is not only limited to satisfying the intellectual needs,but also the electronic textbooks that pursue humanized design and immersive experience,which is more in line with the development concept of "people-oriented".This research starts with the literature research and analysis of electronic textbooks at home and abroad,focusing on the research of electronic textbook standards and the research on resource activities in electronic textbooks.It is found that the development of electronic textbooks in China is in a chaotic state.Most of the knowledge and application of electronic textbooks are mainly static content display.Most of the standard research of electronic textbooks is in theoretical research,lacking unifonn format standards,and there is no clear electronic textbook.Publishing model and architecture design research.Although the practical application of electronic textbooks in foreign countries is quite rich,there is still no clear research on the standardized records of learning activities in electronic textbooks.With the advent of the era of big data,how to provide learning services and learning support by tracking and recording learning activity data in electronic textbooks needs to receive sufficient attention and attention.Based on the research of relevant literature and materials related to electronic textbooks at home and abroad,this study uses xAPI technology to extend the epub3.0 e-textbook standard,and studies the records of learning activities and their sharing mechanisms in e-textbooks.Based on the extensibility analysis of epub3.0 standard,this paper designs the functional activities of rich media presentation,learning evaluation and feedback,and problem test in electronic textbooks,and proposes the extension scheme of epub3.0 standard based on xAPI technology.Then the technical implementation of the extension scheme is described,including the construction of the development environment,the creation of epub3.0 electronic textbook,the collection of learning activity data,the transmission and storage of data,and other detailed development processes.Finally,the implementation scheme is tested and analyzed.The results show that the extended electronic textbook realizes the standardization of format and learning activity data,and the content display method is more diverse and diverse,enabling real-time data storage and multi-user and multi-platform data sharing.This article focuses on the current application of electronic textbooks,based on the support of international mainstream standards,trying to build an intelligent,networked,personalized electronic textbook learning environment with good user experience and focus on exploring educational data.This study combines the epub standard with the xAPI standard,which is highly innovative and practical.The integration of the two standards will bring value-added effects,and at the same time provide an overall architectural design idea for the development and production of current electronic textbooks.Promote the promotion and digital learning of electronic textbooks,and provide strong technical support for high quality and efficient teaching and education data sharing.
