幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识提升策略研究 ——基于锦州市的调查

【摘要】 幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识是考察幼儿教师专业素养的重要标志之一。幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识的发展状况对提升幼儿教育质量至关重要,故幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识提升策略是至关重要的课题。因此,本研究以锦州市12所幼儿园中145名幼儿教师为研究对象,以XX幼儿园为研究基地。在研究方法上,利用问卷法、访谈法与观察法,采用实证研究为主,质性研究为辅的综合研究的路径。研究结果发现幼儿教师游戏活动的实践性知识总体发展状况一般。并存在着如下问题:幼儿教师对游戏活动的教育信念知行脱节;幼儿教师游戏活动自我实践性知识模糊;幼儿教师游戏活动情景洞察实践性知识欠缺;幼儿教师开展游戏活动实施策略实践性知识结构不完善等。针对以上问题,笔者通过进一步研究分析问题产生的原因,并由此提出提升幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识的内部、外部提升策略。具体来说,内部提升策略:重建游戏活动教育信念;强化游戏活动实践性知识管理;提升游戏活动情境洞察效能;多渠道完善游戏活动组织策略。外部提升策略:园所强化对幼儿教师游戏活动实践性知识的评价;开展“问题情境”式的游戏活动专项园本教研;创建“名师工作室”利用优质教师资源;搭建“研修一体化”服务合作平台促进实践性知识交流学习。

【Abstract】 The practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers’ play activities is one of the important symbols to inspect kindergarten teachers’ professional accomplishment.The development of practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers’ play activities is very important to improve the quality of kindergarten education,so the strategy of improving practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers’ play activities is a crucial issue.Therefore,this study takes 145 kindergarten teachers from 12 kindergartens in Jinzhou as the research object and XX kindergarten as the research base.In the research methods,questionnaire,interview and observation are used.Empirical research is the main method and qualitative research is the supplement of comprehensive research.The results show that the general development of practical knowledge in kindergarten teachers’ play activities is general.And there are the following problems: kindergarten teachers’ educational beliefs about game activities are out of line;kindergarten teachers’ self-practical knowledge of game activities is vague;kindergarten teachers’ situation insight into game activities is lack of practical knowledge;kindergarten teachers’ practical knowledge structure of implementing strategies for game activities is imperfect.In view of the above problems,the author further studies and analyses the causes of the problems,and then puts forward internal and external strategies to enhance the practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers’ game activities.Specifically,internal promotion strategies: rebuilding the educational beliefs of game activities;strengthening the practical knowledge management of game activities;improving the situation insight efficiency of game activities;improving the organizational strategies of game activities through multiple channels.External promotion strategies: kindergartens strengthen the evaluation of practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers’ game activities;carry out special kindergarten-based teaching and research of "problem situation" type game activities;create "famous teachers’ studio" to utilize high-quality teacher resources;build "integration of research" service cooperation platform to promote practical knowledge exchange and learning.
