频谱教学在初中篮球教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 频谱教学的教学理念是由教育学家穆斯卡·莫斯顿在20世纪60年代中期提出的。此教学理念是关于教与学的理论,也是完整的教学理论框架。频谱教学由十一种教学风格组成,每一种风格都是指不同的教学方式、方法,其独特的教学过程和教学工具,可以提高学生活动方式的灵活性,能够充分的满足不同学生在身体、心理、技能等维度的发展需求。本研究以莫斯顿的频谱教学为理论基础,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、教学实验法等研究方法,将频谱教学理论引入到初中篮球课中,与常规教学进行对比研究。频谱教学应用于初中篮球课中主要分为:根据内容选择教学风格、导入增趣、引导提问学习、互惠练习相互检查、学生归纳总结与自评互评等几个步骤进行实验教学。根据篮球动作特点、学生的基本学情、学生的运动基础以及教学内容的特点,选取频谱教学里面的命令式教学风格-A、练习式教学风格-B、互惠式教学风格-C、自我检查式风格-D、引导发现式风格-F、聚集发现式风格-G和学生自主设计式风格-I,这7种风格类型进行教学实验研究。通过教学实验研究得出以下结论:1.在初中的篮球课中运用频谱教学与常规教学的教学实验后,两个班学生在身体素质项目的50m、立定跳远、坐位体前屈和长跑项目上的P值均大于0.05,不存在差异。实验班的学生在实验前后的50m、立定跳远和长跑的平均值都有所提高,对照班在实验前后长跑项目的均值均有提高。2.在初中的篮球课中运用频谱教学与常规教学的教学实验后,实验班与对照班在体育学习兴趣、体育学习态度、体育参与动机、自主学习能力和合作学习能力五个方面都存在差异(P<0.05),频谱教学比常规教学更容易提高学生的学习兴趣,端正学生的体育学习态度,增强学生体育参与动机,提高学生自主学习和合作学习的能力。3.在初中篮球课教学中运用频谱教学更有利于促进学生快速、合理地掌握篮球各技术动作。与对照班相比,实验班学生的篮球各个技术动作更加地规范,篮球各个技术动作成绩更好。

【Abstract】 The teaching philosophy of spectrum teaching was proposed by educator Musca Morston in the mid-1960s.This teaching philosophy is about the theory of teaching and learning and the framework of a complete teaching theory.Spectrum teaching consists of eleven teaching styles.Each style refers to different teaching methods and methods.Its unique teaching process and teaching tools improve the flexibility of students’ activities and can fully satisfy different students.The development needs of the physical,psychological,and technical dimensions.Based on Morton’s spectrum teaching theory,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,teaching experiments and other methods to introduce spectrum teaching theory into junior high school basketball lessons,and compare it with conventional teaching.The application of spectrum teaching in junior high school basketball class is mainly divided into several steps:selecting teaching style,introducing interest,guiding question learning,reciprocal practice mutual examination,student induction summary and self-assessment mutual evaluation.According to the characteristics of basketball movements,students’ basic academic conditions,students’ sports foundation and the characteristics of teaching content,the imperative teaching style in spectrum teaching is selected-A,practice-style teaching style-B,reciprocal teaching style-C,self-examination Style-D,Guided Discovery Style-F,Aggregate Discovery Style-G and Student Independent Design Style-I,these seven styles are used for teaching experiments.Through the teaching experiment research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After using the teaching experiment of spectrum teaching and regular teaching in the basketball class of junior high school,the P values of the students in the two classes in the physical quality project of 50m,standing long jump,sitting body flexion and long-distance running are all greater than 0.05,there is no difference..The average of the 50m,standing long jump and long-distance running of the students in the experimental class increased before and after the experiment,and the average value of the long-distance running items before and after the experiment was improved.2.After using the teaching experiments of spectrum teaching and regular teaching in the basketball class of junior high school,there are differences between the experimental class and the control class in five aspects:sports learning interest,physical learning attitude,sports participation motivation,independent learning ability and cooperative learning ability.(P<0.05),spectrum teaching is more likely to improve students’ interest in learning than regular teaching,correct students’ attitudes towards physical learning,enhance students’ motivation for sports participation,and improve students’ ability of independent learning and cooperative learning.3.The use of spectrum teaching in junior high school basketball teaching is more conducive to promoting students to quickly and reasonably master the various technical actions of basketball.Compared with the control class,the basketball students’ technical movements are more standardized,and the basketball skills are better.
