【摘要】 研究目的:2017年11月20日,中国篮协为了促进青少年儿童身心健康发展,培养孩子们的执行力、团队合作和沟通等多种能力,正式在张家湾镇中心小学启动了“小篮球发展计划”。本文主要以“小篮球发展计划”为背景,从生理学的角度,通过实验研究,以了解小篮球运动对小学生运动素质的哪些方面带来影响及其影响的程度,探讨其影响机制。通过观察实验组和对照组之间的差异,发现小篮球教学与小学体育新课程标准内容教学相比存在的优势。旨在促进小学生运动素质发展,从而推广小篮球运动,深植篮球后备人才根基,同时为小学生选择新的课程内容和针对小学生其它球类项目改变的提出提供理论及实践依据。研究方法:本研究主要使用的方法有文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法。将小篮球运动作为实验内容,根据少年儿童的身心发育特点,进行了 3个月(12周)的小篮球教学与训练实验。选择南京师范大学附属小学五年级9班和五年级10班的同学作为实验对象,两个组除参加正常课堂教学活动以外要求学生不要长时间参加其他体育项目。每个班挑选出30名同学(男女各15人)作为测试对象,其中五年级9班作为对照组按照小学体育新课程标准规定的内容进行教学,五年级10班选择小篮球运动作为教学内容,两个组的实验对象在实验前后都分别进行力量、速度、耐力、灵敏、柔韧等运动素质指标的测量。研究结果:(1)在力量素质方面,实验组男女生在实验前后立定跳远和跪卧撑的上下肢力量测试指标中均存在差异(P<0.05),对照组实验前后没有差异(P>0.05)。(2)速度素质方面,通过对学生50米快速跑指标的测试,发现实验组和对照组在实验前后测试成绩均呈现出差异(P<0.05)。(3)耐力素质方面,实验组与对照组在实验前后肺活量和50米××8折返跑这两项测试指标中男女生成绩都不存在差异(P>0.05)。(4)灵敏素质方面,实验组学生在实验前后十字象限跳项目的测试中具有差异(P<0.05),对照组学生实验前后在十字象限跳项目的测试中不具有差异。(5)柔韧素质方面,实验组和对照组学生的测试指标在实验前后均不存在差异。研究结论:(1)小篮球运动能有效提高小学生的力量素质。(2)实验组学生实验后的50米快速跑成绩较实验前有提升,因此小篮球运动能有效地提高小学生的速度素质。(3)对照组50米快速跑成绩在实验前后存在差异,3个月的新课标教学对学生速度素质的提升有一定效果,因此小学体育新课标教学对小学生运动素质的影响不容忽视。(4)经过3个月的实验后,小篮球运动对小学生耐力素质的提升不明显。(5)经过3个月的小篮球运动教学与训练增强了小学生的反应力、注意力以及身体的控制力等,提高了小学生的灵敏素质。(6)小篮球运动对小学生柔韧素质的提升不明显。
【Abstract】 Research purposes:On November 20,2017,the Chinese Basketball Association officially launched a small basketball game in Zhangjiawan Town Central Primary School in order to promote the healthy development of children and children,and to develop children’s ability to perform,teamwork and communication.Development Plan".This paper mainly uses the "small basketball development plan" as the background,from the perspective of physiology,through this experimental study,to understand the impact of small basketball sports on the indicators of primary school students’ sports quality and its impact,and explore its impact mechanism.By observing the difference between the experimental group and the control group,it is found that the advantages of the small basketball teaching compared with the standard content teaching of the new curriculum.It aims to promote the development of primary school students’ sports quality,thereby promoting small basketball sports,deepening the foundation of basketball reserve talents,and providing theoretical and practical basis for primary school students to choose new curriculum content and other ball-oriented project changes for primary school students.Research methods:The main methods used in this study are literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Taking the small basketball exercise as the experinental content,according to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of children,a three-month(12 weeks)small basketball teaching and training experiment was conducted.Students from the 5th grade and 5tk grade of the affiliated elementary school of Nanjing Normal University were selected as the experimental subjects.The two groups were not allowed to participate in other sports activities except for participating in normal classroom teaching activities.Each class selected 30 students(15 men and women)as the test subjects,of which the fifth grade 9 class was used as the control group to teach according to the content of the new curriculum standards for primary school sports,and the fifth class of the fifth grade chose small basketball as the teaching content.The experimental objects of the two groups were measured for strength,speed,endurance,sensitivity,flexibility and other sports quality indicators before and after the experiment.Research results:(1)In terms of strength,there were differences between the experimental group and the male and female students in the upper and lower limb strength test indexes before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There was no difference between the control group and the experiment(P>0.05).(2)In terms of speed quality,through the test of the student’s 50-meter fast running index,it was found that the test scores of the experimental group and the control group showed a difference before and after the experiment(P<0.05).(3)In terms of endurance qxiality,there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of vital capacity before and after the experiment and 50 m ×8(P>0.05).(4)In terms of sensitive quality,the experimental group male and female students had differences in the test of the cross quadrant jump before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the control group students did not differ in the test of the cross quadrant jump before and after the experiment(5)In terms of flexibility,the test indexes of the experimental group and the control group did not differ before and after the experimentResearch conclusions:(1)Small basketball sports can effectively improve the strength of primary school students.(2)The results of the 50-meter fast running after the experiment in the experimental group were improved compared with those before the experiment,so the small basketball exercise can effectively improve the speed quality of the primary school students.(3)The results of the 50.meter fast running of the control group were different before and after the experiment.The new course teaching of 3 months had certain effect on the improvement of students’ speed quality.Therefore,the influence of the new curriculum standard teaching of primary school on the physical quality of primary school students should not be ignored.(4)After three months of experimentation,the improvement of the endurance quality of primary school students in small basketball games is not obvious.(5)After three months of teaching and training of small basketball exercises,the primary school students’responsiveness,attention and physical control have been enhanced,and the sensitive qualities of primary school students have been improved.(6)The improvement of the flexibility of primary school students in small basketball games is not obvious.
