青少年校园足球特色小学的发展现状及其家庭支持研究 ——以长沙市8所校园足球特色小学为例

【摘要】 近年来为发展中国足球运动,国家政府多次出台相关政策法规推动足球事业的发展,其中为推动青少年校园足球的发展最为重视。长沙市自推行校园足球运动以来,无论是学校的足球设施、还是家长的支持、亦或是学生的参与情况均得到了较快地发展。本文基于对长沙市8所校园足球特色小学的实证调查,采用问卷调查方法考察了长沙市校园足球特色小学发展现状及家庭支持对学生校园足球活动态度与参与的影响,并通过统计分析得出如下结论:1.从校园足球整体开展情况来看,长沙市8所足球特色小学的足球训练参与人数虽都有相当数量,但是皆未达到政策规定数目,表明当前足球特色小学学生整体参与情况还是不乐观。2.从足球特色小学足球开展条件来看,其足球场配置相对来说较为完善,但是校园足球活动宣传力量较为薄弱,传统宣传工作做得相对较好,但是缺少新兴媒体的造势。3.就师资力量而言,8所足球特色小学的足球教师数量、学校外聘足球教练的情况、足球特色小学体育教师地位整体情况来看,仅能满足至少有一名足球教师的要求,并且具有丰富经验的足球专业教师严重匮乏,这表明长沙市足球特色小学足球师资力量存在些许不足。4.从经费投入来看,大部分足球特色小学每年从市教育主管部门经费拨款较少,资金来源少,资金短缺,难以形成较好的资金配置。5.从学生足球参与性别看,长沙市足球特色小学学生对校园足球活动的态度情况,足球训练参与、足球文化参与以及足球竞赛参与情况都较好,但是在性别比例上,男生比女生对足球的参与程度更高。6.从家庭支持方面看,无论是经济支持还是精神支持,对于孩子的职业选择和足球活动参与的态度和行为都有一定的影响。在经济支持方面,家庭经济支持力度越大,学生对足球竞赛参与的程度越高;在家庭情感方面,家庭情感支持越强烈且职业理想越接近于足球体育类职业,青少年对足球运动的热爱程度越高;在陪伴上,家庭陪伴支持程度越高、职业理想越接近于足球体育类职业且接触到足球活动宣传力度越大,学生参与校内足球训练越多,可见家庭支持对学生足球参与起到一定作用。

【Abstract】 In recent years,in order to develop Chinese football,the national government has issued relevant policies and regulations for many times to promote the development of football,especially to promote the development of youth campus football.Since the implementation of campus football in changsha,both the school football facilities,parents’ support and students’ participation have developed rapidly.Based on the empirical survey of 8 primary schools with campus football characteristics in changsha city,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to investigate the development status of primary schools with campus football characteristics in changsha city and the influence of family support on students’ attitude and participation in campus football activities,and draws the following conclusions through statistical analysis:1.From the overall development of campus football.Although there are a considerable number of football training participants in 8 primary schools with football characteristics in changsha,none of them has reached the required number required by the policy,indicating that the overall participation situation of students in primary schools with football characteristics is not optimistic.2.From the perspective of the development conditions of football inprimary schools with football characteristics,its football field configuration is relatively perfect.However,the publicity power of campus football activities is relatively weak.3.In terms of faculty,8 football features of primary school teachers,school football outside of football coach,football characteristic status of elementary school physical education teachers the overall situation,can only meet the requirements of at least a football teacher,and have rich experience of football professional teachers are scarce,this suggests that in changsha city football characteristic primary school football teachers some deficiencies.4.From the perspective of financial input,most of the primary schools with football characteristics allocate less funds from the municipal education authorities every year,which leads to a shortage of funds and a shortage of funds,making it difficult to form a good fund allocation.5.From the perspective of students’ participation in football,the students’ attitudes towards campus football activities,football training participation,football culture participation and football competition participation in changsha primary school with football characteristics are relatively good,but in terms of gender ratio,boys’ participation in football is higher than girls.6.From the perspective of family support,whether it is financialsupport or spiritual support,it has a certain impact on children’s career choice and their attitudes and behaviors of participating in football activities.In terms of financial support,the stronger the family financial support,the higher the degree of students’ participation in football competition.In terms of family emotion,the stronger the family emotional support is and the closer the career ideal is to the career of football sports,the higher the teenagers’ love for football sports is.In terms of companionship,the higher the degree of family companionship support,the closer the career ideal is to football sports occupation and the greater the publicity of football activities,the more students participate in the school football training.It can be seen that family support plays a certain role in students’ football participation.
