软梯组合训练对小学女子排球爱好者灵敏素质影响的实验研究

【摘要】 软梯训练作为一种新兴的现代体能训练,主要用来提高训练者的脚步移动能力,提高身体的灵活性。而对于排球爱好者来说,良好的脚步移动能力有利于各种击球动作的完成,以及完美技战术的发挥。青少年儿童阶段作为灵敏素质发展的敏感期,在敏感期内发展灵敏素质,提升效果更明显,研究选取小学女子排球爱好者作为测试对象,选择新颖有趣、阻力和危险性较低的软梯练习作为发展灵敏素质的方法与手段,让学生在娱乐中发展灵敏素质。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计等方法,在长沙市三角塘小学排球兴趣班中选取20名女排爱好者作为实验对象,采用随机分组的方式,分为实验组和对照组各10人,在每次训练的前20分钟实验组进行软梯训练,对照组进行常规的准备活动及脚步移动练习,除了准备活动部分内容不同外,两组的其他训练内容都相同,通过10周,每周6次的软梯训练后,对实验组和对照组的36米移动、T字形跑、十字象限跳、十字变向跑以及排球移动传垫球等指标进行测试,采用SPSS统计软件对实验前后所测得的数据进行对比分析,分析软梯训练对小学女子排球爱好者灵敏素质的影响效果,实验结果表明:(1)经过10周的软梯训练后,实验组学生的36米移动、T字形跑、十字象限跳成绩与对照组相比成绩提升显著,十字变向跑成绩与对照组相比提升不显著。(2)经过10周的训练后,对照组学生的36米移动、T字形跑、十字象限跳、十字变向跑成绩也略有提升,6-13岁作为少年儿童灵敏素质发展的敏感期,传统的训练方法也可以发展灵敏素质,符合运动规律。(3)经过10周的软梯训练后,实验组学生的排球移动传垫球成绩优于对照组学生的成绩,说明软梯训练能够更好地提高学生的脚步移动能力,让学生能快速移动到位,提高击球质量。(4)经过10周的训练后,从学生主观感受的问卷调查可以看出,软梯训练能够很好地提高学生的灵敏素质,而且对学生的训练兴趣、训练意识也产生了积极的影响。从日常的训练观察中也可以看出,学生在软梯训练时的积极性很高,充分激发了学生在训练中的热情,但也不排除其他训练方法对灵敏素质的提升。

【Abstract】 As an emerging modern physical training,ladder training is mainly used to improve the trainer’s ability to move in the footsteps and improve the flexibility of the body.For volleyball enthusiasts,good foot movement ability is conducive to the completion of various batting moves,as well as the perfect technique and tactics.As a sensitive period for the development of sensitive quality,the stage of adolescents and children develops sensitive quality during the sensitive period,and the effect is more obvious.The study selects female volleyball enthusiasts as the test subjects and chooses new and interesting ladders with low resistance and low risk as development.The methods and means of sensitive quality allow students to develop sensitive qualities in entertainment.In this paper,through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics,etc.,20 female volleyball enthusiasts were selected as experimental subjects in the volleyball interest class of the triangular pond primary school in Changsha City,and they were divided into experiments by random grouping.There were 10 people in the group and the control group.In the first 20 minutes of each training,the experimental group performed the ladder training.The control group performed the routine preparationactivities and the foot movement exercises.The other training contents of the two groups were the same except for the contents of the preparation activities.After 10 weeks,6 times a week of ladder training,the experimental group and the control group were tested for 36 meters movement,T-shaped running,cross quadrant jumping,cross-direction running and volleyball moving ball,using SPSS.The statistical software compares and analyzes the data measured before and after the experiment,and analyzes the effect of the ladder training on the sensitive quality of the female volleyball enthusiasts.The experimental results show that: 1After 10 weeks of ladder training,the students in the experimental group move 36 meters.Compared with the control group,the scores of the T-shaped run and the cross quadrant jump improved significantly,and the cross-change performance improved compared with the control group.Significantly.2 After 10 weeks of training,the 36-meter movement,T-shaped running,cross quadrant jumping,and cross-direction running of the control group also improved slightly.The 6-13 years old was a sensitive period for the development of sensitive quality of children and children.Training methods can also develop sensitive qualities and conform to the laws of motion.3 After 10 weeks of ladder training,the volleyball moving pass ball performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group students,indicating that the ladder training can better improve the students’ foot movement ability,allowingweeks of training,it can be seen from the questionnaire survey of students’ subjective feelings that the ladder training can improve the students’ sensitive quality and have a positive impact on the students’ training interest and training awareness.It can also be seen from the daily training observation that the students’ enthusiasm in the training of the ladder is very high,which fully stimulates the students’ enthusiasm in training,but does not rule out the improvement of the sensitive quality of other training methods.
