长沙市初中生参与网球运动的意向及影响因素研究

【摘要】 运动参与意向对学生参与体育运动的行为和表现起到决定性的作用。它是学生参与体育锻炼的自身内部动力,提升学生的运动参与意向有助于推动其运动参与行为。因此,研究以网球运动项目为例,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法对长沙市初中生参与网球运动的意向及影响因素进行分析,研究结果表明:1、长沙市初中生网球参与比例并不高,多数人参与网球运动的主要目的是为了娱乐和健身,以提升网球技能为目的的人数较少;从具体参与情况来看,每周1-2次、每次1小时以下的人数占据多数,充分显示出网球参与意愿不高的现状;2、通过主成分法进行因子的提取,发现影响长沙市初中生网球参与意愿的主要因子有:心理状态因子、家庭环境因子、社会氛围因子以及场地条件因子。3不同年级学生的网球参与意向受心理状态、社会氛围以及家庭环境影响较大,受场地条件的约束相对较小,具体表现为初三年级学生受心理状态和场地影响较大,初一年级学生受社会气氛和家庭环境因素影响较大。4.不同网球经历的学生网球参与意向受心理状态、家庭环境以及场地条件等因素影响较大,而社会氛围对不同网球运动经历的学生产生影响很小。具体表现为,有过网球经历的学生对网球运动有一定了解,并且取得家长支持,因此同时具备了心理状态和家长支持优势,促进了学生参与网球运动的意向。5.不同家庭出生的学生的网球参与意向受心理状态、社会氛围以及家庭环境影响较大,而场地条件对不同家庭出生的初中生的网球参与意向没有显著性差异。具体表现为城市学生了解网球运动的信息比农村的初中生更全面、更快速,社会气氛更为浓厚、家庭观念更为开放,因此促进了学生参与网球运动的意向。在上述研究的基础上,对提升长沙市初中生参加网球运动意向进行建言献策:其一,激发长沙市初中生参与网球运动的兴趣;其二,加强家长对孩子参加网球运动的支持;其三,营造良好的长沙市初中网球运动发展氛围;最后,加大对长沙市初中网球基础设施的建设。

【Abstract】 Sports participation intention plays a decisive role in students’ behavior and performance of participating in sports.It is the internal motive force for students to participate in physical exercise.Promoting students’ intention to participate in sports will help to promote their participation in sports.Therefore,taking tennis as an example,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze the intention and influencing factors of Changsha junior high school students to participate in tennis.The results show that:1.Changsha junior high school students’ tennis participation rate is not high,most of them participate in tennis for the main purpose of entertainment and fitness,and the number of people who aim to improve tennis skills is small;from the specific participation situation,the number of people less than 1-2 times a week,less than 1 hour each time occupies the majority,fully demonstrating the current situation of low willingness to participate in tennis;2.The factor is raised by the principal component method.It is found that the main factors affecting the willingness of Changsha junior high school students to participate in tennis are psychological state factor,family environment factor,social atmosphere factor and site condition factor.The tennis participation intention ofsocial atmosphere and family environment,and is relatively less constrained by site conditions.3.The tennis participation intention of students with different tennis experience is greatly influenced by psychological state,family environment and site conditions,while social atmosphere has little influence on the production of students with different tennis experience.Different family-born students’ intention to participate in tennis is is greatly influenced by psychological state,social atmosphere and family environment.However,there is no significant difference in junior high school students’ intention to participate in tennis between different family-born students.On the basis of the above research,this paper makes suggestions and suggestions on how to improve Changsha junior high school students’ tennis intention: first,to stimulate the interest of Changsha junior high school students in tennis;second,to strengthen parents’ support for children to participate in tennis;third,to create a good atmosphere for the development of Changsha junior high school tennis;and finally,to increase the construction of Changsha junior high school tennis infrastructure.Set up.
