聚奎中学学校文化生成机制研究

【摘要】 聚奎中学是一所历史悠久、有着深厚文化底蕴的学校。1880年到1952年期间是它办学史上的巅峰,这一时期它的学校文化充分反应了时代变迁和社会变革的特征,也蕴含着聚奎独有的文化特质,这种文化的力量使得聚奎取得卓越的办学成就,培养了一大批优秀人才。因此,研究这段时期学校文化如何生成,就显得尤为重要。学术界关于学校文化的理论研究已相当广泛,在许多方面取得了共识,但对学校文化生成的内在机制却鲜有讨论,没有形成系统的研究成果,对聚奎学校文化价值的发掘和探讨更是屈指可数。如今在“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务”的背景下,学校文化的育人功能越来越受到重视,探究学校文化如何生成就越发必要。正是基于上述学术及现实因素,本文选择以“聚奎中学学校文化生成机制研究”为题,意在挖掘聚奎办学巅峰时期即1880年到1952年期间学校文化的教育内涵和历史价值,进而揭示生成如此之学校文化的内在机制,以期形成对有此类共性的学校文化生成的深入理解,丰富、拓展学校文化研究的理论视角,对有此类共性的学校文化建设提供理论参考和借鉴。本文主要采用个案研究法、历史研究法梳理聚奎中学的沿革历史,突出特定历史时期特定的地理环境、社会环境对聚奎学校文化生成的影响,以及学校文化主体对外部环境、内部环境作出的能动反应。在此基础上,运用逻辑分析法,从宏观、微观视角探寻聚奎学校文化生成的机制。本文在对聚奎的学校文化主体、学校文化生成环境、以及师生实践活动进行梳理分析的基础上,得出聚奎中学的学校文化有以下内容:物质层面,是“天人合一”的巨石园林、兼容并蓄的建筑风格、与时俱进的文化设施;制度层面,是彰显民主与人性化的董事会制度和日常管理制度;精神层面,是以爱国主义为核心、以艰苦奋斗为支撑、以创新为动力的聚奎精神。在此基础上,得出聚奎中学学校文化的生成机制:从宏观看,是人与地理环境、社会环境互动的产物。从微观看,是学校文化主体通过凝练学校价值观、营造学校文化生态“场”、实现学校文化“以文化人”的逻辑建构过程。学校文化主体在学校文化生成中发挥了主导性作用,聚奎中学学校文化的生成机制是外部互动性生成与内部主动性建构共同作用的过程。

【Abstract】 Jukui Middle School is a school with a long history and profound cultural heritage.The periodfrom 1880 to 1952 was the peak of its school history.During this period,its school culture fully reflected the characteristics of the changes of the times and social changes.It also contains the unique cultural characteristics of Jukui.The strength of this culture made him achieve outstanding achievements in running schools and trained a large number of outstanding talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to research the generation of school culture in this period.The theoretical researches on school culture has been quite extensive in academic circles and has reached consensus in many aspects,but there is little discussion on the internal generation mechanism of school culture,and no systematic research results have been formed.The exploration of the cultural value of Jukui School is even more rare.Nowadays,under the background of "strengthening morality education as the basic task ",more and more attention has been paid to the educational function of school culture,so it is more and more necessary to explore the generation of school culture.Based on the above-mentioned academic and realistic factors,this paper chooses "The research on the generation Mechanism of School Culture for Jukui Middle School" as the title,aiming at excavating the educational connotation and historical value of school culture in the peak period of Jukui School,that is,from 1880 to 1952.And then reveal the internal mechanism of the generation of such a school culture,forming an in-depth understanding of the generation of school culture with such commonalities,enriching and expanding the theoretical perspective on school culture,providing theoretical reference for the construction of school culture with such commonness.This article mainly uses the case study method and the historical research method to sort out the evolution history of the Jukui Middle School,highlighting the influence of the specific geographical environment and social environment in a specific historical period on the generation of the Jukui school culture,and the active reactions of the school culture subjects to the external and internal environment.The dynamic response of the internal environment.On this basis,exploring the generation mechanism of the Jukui school culture from the macro and micro-perspective by using the logical analysis method.On the basis of combing and analyzing the main body of school culture,the generating environment of school culture,and the practical activities of teachers and students,this paper draws the conclusion that the school culture of Jukui Middle School has the following contents: at thematerial level,it is a boulder garden of "the unity of heaven and man",Inclusive architectural style and cultural facilities that keep pace with the times;at the institutional level,it is a democratic and humanized board of directors system and daily management system;and the spiritual level is a Jukui spirit with patriotism as the core,hard struggle as the support and innovation as the driving force.On this basis,the generation mechanism of school culture in Jukui Middle School is drawn: from the macro point of view,it is the product of the interaction between human being and geographical environment and social environment.From the microcosmic point of view,it is the logical construction process that the school culture subject condenses the values of the school,constructs the "field" of school culture ecology and realizes "cultural person" of the school culture.The main body of school culture plays a leading role in the generation of school culture.The generation mechanism of school culture for Jukui Middle School is the process of external interaction and internal initiative construction.
