西南民族地区中学生“互联网+科普”内容与传播方式的需求研究

【摘要】 科学技术是第一生产力。自全民科学素质行动计划纲要实施以来,对青少年这一重点人群的科学素质的关注日益提升,加强科普工作是提升科学素质的重要途径。目前我国科普技术手段相对落后,均衡化、精准化服务能力有待提升,在此形势下互联网与各个行业的融合将助力形成科普工作的新局面。2015年国家提出“实施‘互联网+科普’建设工程”这一项重点任务,以此为基础在信息化的科普过程中传播什么内容,以及以什么样的方式传播是十分关键的,对受众进行这两方面需求的分析以便科普信息更加精准的抵达科普受众,提升科普的效果。西南民族地区涉及云南、贵州、四川、广西和重庆等诸多省市区,独特的自然与人文环境使得在科普过程必须要考虑到受众的需求。然而民族地区现行的科普的内容与传播方式是什么?中学生对互联网+科普内容与传播方式的需求是什么?对这些问题的回答都有赖于对中学生互联网+科普内容与传播方式的需求研究。本文以提高民族地区中学生科学素质为目标,研究方法采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,通过分层抽样的方式选取了某民族地区200名初中生进行调查。针对以上问题本文设计两部分研究内容:(1)调研西南民族地区已有的科普内容与传播方式;(2)调研西南民族地区初中生互联网+科普内容与传播方式的需求。研究一结果显示民族地区科普内容整体上与国家层面上的科普工作内容相契合,呈现一定程度的“同质化”现象。面向大众以科教文卫农和反邪教为主,针对青少年以比较成熟的工作方式开展与学科相关的科技知识以及民族文化等内容的科普工作。民族地区传播方式呈现多样化,总体数量上低于全国同期平均水平。各个科普平台建设以借助为主,自建部分较少。研究二结果显示中学生需要的科普内容主题主要有医疗、信息科技、航空航天方面,对科普内容要求是要更加的贴近生活、增强可靠性、更新及时,以此满足中学生的兴趣爱好、增长生活知识与技能、学习的需求。对传播方式的需求对比PC端网站,具有明显的移动化特点,主要集中在搜索引擎、APP客户端、科普网站的科普频道;需要图文结合的形式以及提高搜索知识的精准度。通过以上研究发现民族地区互联网+科普存在以下问题,现有科普内容与形式基础好,科普精准性欠缺;学生对互联网+科普的需求与现实契合度低。因此提出如下建议:搭建青少年科普专业化平台,方便初中生获取相应的科普内容;依托学校进行科普教育,充分利用学校资源开展初中生科普工作;关注民族地区特色,以需求为导向丰富针对初中生的科普内容,以此提高新形态的科普对初中生科学素质的积极影响。

【Abstract】 Science and technology are primary productive forces.Since the implementation of the Outline of the National Science Quality Action Plan,the attention to the scientific quality of the key population of adolescents has been increasing,and strengthening the popular science work is an important way to improve the scientific quality.At present,China’s science and technology technology is relatively backward,and the equalization and precision service capabilities are required to be improved.Based on this situation,the integration of the Internet and various industries will help to form a new situation in popular science work.In2015,the relevant authority puts forward the key task of “implementing the ’Internet +popular science’ construction project”.Based on this,what content is disseminated in the popularization process of informationization and how it is transmitted is very important for the audience.The analysis of these two needs so that the popular science information can reach the popular science audience more accurately and improve the effect of popular science.Southwest minority areas involve many provinces and cities such as Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Guangxi and Chongqing.The unique natural and cultural environment makes it necessary to consider the needs of the audience in the process of popularizing science.However,what is the content and communication methods of popular science in minority areas? What is the need of middle school students for Internet + popular science content and communication methods? The answers to these questions all depend on the research about the Internet + popular science content and communication methods of middle school students.This paper aims to improve the scientific quality of middle school students in ethnic regions.The research methods include literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.Methods under stratified sampling,200 middle school students in a certain ethnic region are selected for investigation.To solve the above problems,this paper designs two parts of research contents :(1)This paper investigates the existing popular science content and communication methods in the southwestern ethnic areas;(2)This paper investigates the needs of Internet + science content and communication methods of junior high school students in the southwestern ethnic minority areas.The result of the first study shows that the popularization of science in ethnic areas is consistent with the authority’s work in general and showing some kind of "homogenization".Science,education,culture,health,agriculture and anti-cults are the main contents for the public,and scientific,technological knowledge related to disciplines and national culture and other contents of popular science are carried out in a relatively mature way for teenagers.The popular science communication methods in ethnic areas are diversified,but the overall number is lower than the national average level in the same period.The construction of each popular science platform is mainly based on reference,with few self-built parts.The results of the second study show that the contents of popular science needed by middle school students mainly include medical treatment,technology information and aerospace.These contents should close to life,enhance reliability and update timely,so as to meet the needs of middle school students’ interests,life and skills,and learning.Compared with PC websites,it has obvious characteristics of mobile,mainly focusing on search engine,APP client and popular science channel of popular science website.The combination of picture and text is needed to improve the precision of searching knowledge.Through this research,it is found that the following problems exist in the Internet +science popularization in the ethnic areas.the science content and communication methods are good,and the accuracy is lacking;Middle school students’ Internet + science needs are less compatible with reality.Therefore,the following suggestions are proposed: Building a professional science popularization platform,it can facilitate junior high school students to obtain corresponding science content;Relying on the school’s popular science education,we should make full use of school resources to carry out junior high school students’ popular science work;Paying more attention to ethnic characteristics,we should enrich the content of science popularization of junior high school students,in order to improve the positive impact of the new form of science popularization on the scientific quality of junior high school students.
