山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务调查与研究

【摘要】 随着智能时代的到来,人工智能革命遍及各行各业,公共图书馆为了给用户提供更为优质、高效的服务,不断调整服务理念,逐渐引进智能设备,向智慧服务的目标迈进。在这种背景下,我们不少市级公共图书馆开展了智慧服务项目,这些项目涉及图书馆的借还、检索、咨询、空间、数据平台和信息获取等方面的服务,旨在为用户提供高度自助、体验式的服务。本文以山东省市级公共图书馆作为研究对象,通过对山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务基础建设的调查和分析,总结山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务的发展现状、不足之处和相关原因,最后针对山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务中存在的不足提出可行性建议。笔者将全文分为七个部分来探讨山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务的建设现状,并提出发展策略:第一部分为全文的绪论部分,对该研究内容的背景和选题意义进行分析,对国内外研究现状进行分析,对创新点和研究思路进行分析,同时根据各个学者对图书馆智慧服务的论述引出智慧服务的概念,并据此界定智慧服务的外延内容。第二部分,设计山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务的调查部分,说明该研究使用的调查方法、进行的调查步骤,明确调查对象、调查内容。第三部分为全文的主体部分,将关于山东省市级公共图书馆智慧服务分为智慧借还服务、智慧检索服务、智慧咨询服务、智慧空间服务、智能设备和数据平台应用以及资源获取的智慧化六部分进行调查,并将调查结果进行统计分析,以表格和图表的形式清晰展现。第四部分是根据第三部分的调查结果,将具有优势特色的济南市图书馆、青岛市图书馆作为正面案例进行优势分析,将发展落后的济南市第二图书馆作为反面案例进行原因分析。第五部分是针对第三部分中的调查结果,分析出山东省所有市级公共图书馆智慧服务在这六个方面中每一方面的不足,分别是:智慧借还服务未充分利用新兴服务平台;智慧检索功能层次不够深入;咨询体系不完善,馆员主动性低;空间建设智能程度低;高智能化设备普及率低;数字资源和活动参与信息获取途径少。第六部分是针对第五部分的不足提出可行性建设意见,分别是:充分利用新兴服务平台,多途径实现借还;深化智慧检索服务层次,完善检索系统功能;完善咨询体系,馆员实现主动服务;实现实体空间智能服务,加大虚拟空间建设力度;引进更多智能化设备,加强建设云端平台;充分利用服务平台,增加信息资源获取途径。希望该部分能够为图书馆的智慧服务提供参考性的意见。第七部分为结语,总结出整个山东省市级公共图书馆的智慧服务建设仍然在基础阶段,未来还有很大发展空间,并指出该研究的不足与局限性。希望本次研究能带给山东省市级公共图书馆有价值的发展策略,在智慧服务方面加强建设,提高服务水平!

【Abstract】 With the arrival of the era of intelligence,the revolution of artificial intelligence is widespread in all walks of life.In order to provide users with better and more efficient services,public libraries have constantly adjusted their service concepts and gradually introduced intelligent devices to achieve the goal of smart service.In this context,many municipal public libraries have launched smart service projects,which involve library borrowing,retrieval,consultation,space,data platform and information acquisition services,aiming to provide users with highly self-service and experiential services.This article takes Shandong province as the research object in municipal public libraries,through to the smart service infrastructure in municipal public libraries in Shandong province of investigation and analysis,summarized in Shandong province municipal public library smart service development present situation,shortcomings and the related reasons,and finally province to the defects of smart service in Shandong municipal public libraries put forward feasible Suggestions.The author divides the paper into seven parts to discuss the construction status of smart service in Shandong municipal public libraries,and puts forward the development strategies:The first part is the introduction part of the full text,the research content and the background of selected topic significance were analyzed,and the analysis of research status at home and abroad,analyze the innovation points and research train of thought,at the same time according to the different scholars discussed the concept of library smart service,and on the basis of the smart service extension of the content.In the second part,the author designs the investigation of the smart service of Shandong municipal public libraries,explains the investigation methods and steps used in the research,and clarifies the investigation objects and contents.The third part is the main part of the full text,about Shandong province municipal public library services are divided into smart circulation service,smart retrieval services,consulting services,smart space services,intelligent devices and data platform and resources to obtain the wisdom of the six part of the investigation,and statistical analysis of the results of the survey in the form of tables and charts show clearly.According to the survey results of the third part,the fourth part analyzes the advantages of Jinan library and Qingdao library which have advantages and characteristics as positive cases,and analyzes the reasons for the backward development of the second library of jinan as negative cases.The fifth part is based on the survey results in the third part,and analyzes the deficiencies in each of the six aspects of smart service of all municipal public libraries in Shandong province.Smart retrieval function is not deep enough;The consulting system is not perfect and the initiative of librarians is low.Low intelligence of space construction;Low penetration rate of high intelligent equipment;Few access to digital resources and activity participation information.The sixth part is to propose feasible construction Suggestions based on the shortcomings of the fifth part.Deepen the service level of smart retrieval and improve the function of retrieval system;Improve the consulting system,librarians to achieve active service;Realize the intelligent service of physical space and intensify the construction of virtual space;Introduce more intelligent equipment,strengthen the construction of cloud platform;Make full use of the service platform to increase access to information resources.It is hoped that this section can provide reference for the smart service of the library.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes that the construction of smart service in the whole Shandong municipal public library is still in the basic stage,and there is still a lot of room for development in the future,and points out the shortcomings and limitations of this research.It is hoped that this research can bring valuable development strategies to Shandong municipal public libraries,strengthen the construction of smart service,and improve the service level!
