小学家校合作的现状、问题与对策研究 ——以长春市A小学为例

【摘要】 小学教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,如何更好开展小学阶段的教育一直是学者们关注的焦点。小学家校合作是学校教育的重要补充,开展小学家校合作不仅能提高学生的学习成绩,还可以改善学生的学习环境,保证学生身心的健康成长,使学生全面发展。但目前小学家校合作开展的过程中,家长和学校对家校合作的认识不足、合作意识淡薄、没有形成良好的协作和沟通模式,这使得小学家校合作长期处于一种形式单一、效果不佳的状态。因此如何建立一种科学有效的小学家校合作模式,是提升当前小学教育质量的重要举措。为解决以上问题,本文采用文献法、访谈法以及问卷调查法三种研究方法,对长春市A小学开展调查研究。首先,就家校双方对家校合作的认识、态度,学校开展家校合作的内容、形式及产生的效果这几方面出发,对长春市A小学进行现状调查,分析当前小学家校合作的现状。其次,结合调查结果总结概括当前小学家校合作存在的主要问题:小学家校合作的目标不明确、内容不丰富、形式不新颖、效果不理想。再次,结合小学家校合作的相关理论及准则,分析产生这些问题的原因。最后,参考国内外研究成果,对小学家校合作提出以下对策:第一、完善小学家校合作的相关制度:学校应建立规范的家长委员会制度,提倡从政策及法律的角度规范规章制度;第二、加大小学家校合作各方面的投入;第三、增强小学家校合作的意识:树立教师合作意识,提高家长自身素养,增强双方的主动性及参与度;第四、创新小学家校合作的形式:建立“家长学校”,家校互访,有效利用网络平台;第五、提高小学家校合作的质量:加大对家长的培训,营造良好的合作氛围。

【Abstract】 Primary education is an important part of basic education.How to better carry out primary education has always been the focus of scholars.Home school cooperation in primary schools is an important supplement to school education.Carrying out home school cooperation in primary schools can not only improve students’ academic performance,but also improve students’ learning environment,ensure the healthy growth of students’ body and mind,and make students develop morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically.But at present,in the process of home school cooperation in primary schools,parents and schools have insufficient understanding of home school cooperation,weak sense of cooperation,and do not form a good mode of cooperation and communication,which makes home school cooperation in primary schools in a single form and poor effect for a long time.Therefore,how to establish a scientific and effective home school cooperation model is the key content of primary education.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses three research methods:literature method,interview method and questionnaire method to carry out a survey of Changchun a primary school.First of all,based on the understanding and attitude of home school cooperation between home school and school,the content,form and effect of home school cooperation,this paper makes an investigation on the current situation of Changchun a primary school and analyzes the current situation of home school cooperation.Secondly,based on the survey results,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current home school cooperation in primary schools,which are: the goal of the cooperation is not clear,the content is not rich,the form is not novel,and the effect is not ideal.Thirdly,it analyzes the causes of these problems based on the theory and criterion of home school cooperation.Finally,referring to the research results at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the followingcountermeasures: first,to improve the relevant system of home school cooperation in primary schools: schools should establish a standardized parent committee system,and promote the standardization of rules and regulations from the perspective of policies and laws;second,to expand the investment in all aspects of home school cooperation in primary schools;third,to enhance the awareness of home school cooperation in primary schools: to establish teacher cooperation Fourth,innovate the form of home school cooperation in primary schools: establish "parent school",home school mutual visits,effective use of network platform;fifth,improve the quality of home school cooperation in primary schools: increase the training of parents,create a good atmosphere for cooperation.
