小学教师参与教研活动现状与问题研究 ——以长春市三所小学为例

【摘要】 教研活动是教师在教学实施过程中针对各种教育教学问题进行分析和解决的专业性活动,目的是为了促进教师的专业成长和在实践与反思中提高教育教学质量。小学教师有效地参与教研活动对提高教师教研能力、提升教师专业素养和提高教师教学水平有着重要的作用。但是一线教师在实际的教研活动中可能由于繁忙的教学工作而导致教而不研和研而无果的情况。因此,本文试图探究小学教师参与教研活动的情况,目的是为了解决他们不参与、不想参与、参与教研获益不多等问题,试图为教师积极参与教研活动提供参考。本研究采用问卷法和访谈法对长春市三所小学教师参与教研活动的现状进行调查研究并分析数据。首先是围绕小学教师对教研活动的思想认识、参与教研活动的现状、教研活动能力三个方面进行了调查;其次是通过调查数据的统计与分析发现教师参与教研活动存在如下问题:教研意识淡薄、教研目的具有功利性、缺乏教研积极性、教研能力不足和参与教研效果不显著。本研究提出的提高小学教师参与教研活动的有效性对策如下:引导小学教师正确的认识教研活动;加强小学教师教研理论与经验积累;提升小学教师专业发展的内驱力;指导小学教师提高教研综合能力;完善小学教师教研管理机制。通过上述措施,可以有效性地提高小学教师参与教研活动的积极性与有效性,增强教师教研能力,从而促进教师的专业发展,提高小学教师教学质量。

【Abstract】 Teaching and research activities are professional activities for teachers to analyze and solve various education and teaching problems in the course of teaching implementation.The purpose is to promote the professional growth of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching in practice and reflection.The effective participation of elementary school teachers in teaching and research activities plays an important role in improving teachers’ teaching and research capabilities,enhancing teachers’ professional quality,and improving teachers’ teaching standards.However,front-line teachers may not be able to perform research and research in teaching and research activities because of busy teaching work.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the participation of elementary school teachers in teaching and research activities.The purpose is to solve the problems of non-participation,unwillingness to participate,and little benefit from participating in teaching and research,and to provide references for teachers to actively participate in teaching and research activities.This study uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the status of teachers’ participation in teaching and research activities in three primary schools in Changchun.The first is to investigate the three aspects of primary school teachers’ cognition of teaching and research activities,the status quo of participation in teaching and research activities,and the ability of teaching and research activities.The purpose of teaching and research is utilitarian,lack of enthusiasm for teaching and research,insufficient teaching and research ability,and participation in teaching and research is not significant.The countermeasures proposed in this study to improve the effectiveness of primary school teachers’ participation in teaching and research activities are as follows:guide primary school teachers to correctly understand teaching and research activities;strengthen primary school teachers’ teaching and research theories and experience accumulation;improve the driving force of primary school teachers’ professional development;guide primary school teachers to improve teaching and research integration Ability;improve the management mechanism of teaching and research for primary school teachers.Through the above measures,the enthusiasm and effectiveness of elementary school teachers in participating in teaching and research activities can be effectively improved,and their teaching and research capabilities can be enhanced,thereby promoting the professional development of teachers and improving the teaching quality of elementary school teachers.
