小组工作介入流动儿童性安全教育研究 ——以深圳市X社区9-11岁儿童为例

【摘要】 城市化进程加快,流动人口数量不断上升,人们对流动人口的多种社会问题进行了研究,学者们也对流动儿童社会融入、上学难的问题进行了原因和对策的探讨,尤其是对流动儿童性安全问题日益关注。居住在城中村的流动儿童,面临复杂的居住环境,在青春期又面临生理和心理方面的变化,学校和家庭在性教育的缺位或欠缺,使得儿童缺乏充分辨别和预防性侵害能力,面临性安全风险。流动儿童若不能接受正确的性安全教育,则可能会给他们来生理和心理困惑,使流动儿童产生错误的性观念,或带来未来两性交往困难。因此对流动儿童进行性安全教育已经迫在眉睫。社会工作作为一个以助人自助为价值观的专业,可以在帮助流动儿童提高性安全意识、能力等方面发挥出独一无二的作用。社会工作者作为第三方,拥有丰富的专业理论和熟练的工作技巧,区别于儿童父母、老师身份,以大哥哥、大姐姐的朋友身份出现,容易与儿童建立良好的信任关系,利于开展性安全教育。社会工作者作为资源链接者,通过联络政府有关部门、社会福利机构以及志愿者组织等广大社会群体,向他们争取帮助流动儿童所需要的资源和服务,将物资传递到流动儿童手中。社会工作介入丰富了流动儿童性安全教育的实践。笔者以X社区的流动儿童为研究对象,通过访谈、问卷、文献收集、观察法收集资料,准备方案。为社区内儿童建立一个性安全教育小组,在小组活动中,开展了“‘共建欢乐天地’、‘认识我们的身体’、‘我从哪里来’、‘快乐的青春期’、‘与人交往有距离’、‘我能保护我自己’、‘健康成长我和你’”,七次小组活动。在小组结束后对小组过程和结果进行综合评估,组员的性安全知识水平、自我保护技能明显提升,对生理卫生也更加重视,树立了健康的两性交往观念。

【Abstract】 With the development of urbanization and the increasing number of floating population,people have studied various social problems of floating population.Scholars have also discussed the causes and countermeasures of the problems of social integration and difficulty in schooling of floating children,especially the increasing concern for the sexual safety of floating children.Migrant children living in villages in the city face complicated living environment,physical and psychological changes during puberty,and lack of sex education in schools and families,which makes children lack the ability to fully identify and prevent sexual abuse and face sexual safety risks.If the correct sex safety education cannot be carried out,it may bring physical and psychological obstacles to the floating children,make the floating children have wrong sexual concepts,and hinder the communication between the sexes in the future.Therefore,sex safety education for migrant children is imminent.Social work,as a profession with the value of helping others and helping themselves,can play a unique role in helping migrant children to improve their sexual safety awareness and ability.As a third party,social workers have rich professional theories and skilled working skills,and have no identity constraints such as parents and teachers.They are easy to establish a good trust relationship with children,which is conducive to the development of sex safety education.Social workers,as resource linkers,help migrant children to raise resources and services needed for their activities by contacting relevant government departments,social welfare agencies and volunteer organizations.And to strive for resources from the vast social groups,to transfer materials to the hands of migrant children.Social work intervention enriches the practice of sex safety education for migrant children.The author takes floating children in community X as the research object,and collects data through interviews,questionnaires,literature collection and observation to prepare the plan.Use group work methods to establish a sexual safety education group for children in the community.In the group activities,seven group activitieswere carried out to build a happy world,to know our bodies,where I come from,to have a happy adolescence,to have a "distance" from people,to protect myself,to grow up healthily with me and you.At the end of the group,a comprehensive evaluation of the group’s process and results showed that the group members’ sexual safety knowledge level and self-protection skills were significantly improved,more attention was paid to physical health,and a healthy concept of gender communication was established.
