中学立德树人落实机制研究 ——以F中学为个案

【摘要】 2014年3月,教育部印发《关于全面深化课程改革落实立德树人根本任务的意见》,立德树人的重要价值意义在该意见中得到了明确规定,并将其设为中国特色社会主义教育事业发展的核心,也是实现学生自身全面发展的重要要求。21世纪以来,课程改革不断推动着教育体系的深化,使我国的教育既满足时代性又具有规律性。作为教育根本任务,立德树人有力推动着育人方式的不断变革,使我国在提高育人水平的同时也能提升国民素质,对人力资源强国的建设、教育发展的前瞻性与人才培养时代性具有重大价值。习近平总书记在全国教育大会上提出,要把立德树人融入教育各环节,贯穿教育各领域。中学阶段处于学生成长的关键期,在学校中落实立德树人根本任务有着非常重要的现实价值与长远意义。因此中学的教育需要将立德树人作为教育的旗帜,在政治方向和价值观念上严格遵循党的教育大政方针,秉持学校的立校文化与育人目标,为社会培养出更多优秀的学生。本研究充分认识到当前中学阶段立德树人落实机制的重要性,从理论与实践两方面进行了研究与探索。首先,本研究从正本清源的角度,对立德树人进行历史溯源与理论研究,基于传统文化及近现代国民教育体系中立德树人的发展研究,结合新中国成立以来党的教育方针与育人导向的分析,深入探讨了新时代背景下立德树人的历史使命、时代责任、具体内涵与价值意义。其次,基于现实审视的角度,对本研究中的个案F中学立德树人实践进行研究,并将实践工作与《中小学德育工作指南》进行对标分析,从课程、文化、活动、实践、管理、协同六个维度,将该校德育工作进行归类梳理。从立德树人的顶层设计、实践落地、管理效能三个角度对个案进行研究,总结该校在立德树人落实机制方面的有益经验与成功做法。通过问卷调查与访谈研究,聚焦于立德树人落实机制中的目标、内容和协同机制三方面,反思出当前该校主要面临的德育目标体系建构不清、大中小幼德育体系衔接不畅、德育课程体系建构不全、德育综合实践创新力度不大、学校家庭社会协同育人程度不高等亟需进一步提升的问题。在反思的基础上,从《指南》指要求的六个维度出发重构该校立德树人落实机制的实施路径。最后,本研究继续聚焦于立德树人落实机制诸多要素中核心的三方面内容,即指向立德树人根本任务的目标机制、服务于育人目标的内容机制以及落实“三全育人”的协同机制,给出F中学立德树人落实机制的完善建议。

【Abstract】 In March,2014,“Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of establishing morality and fostering people”was issued by Ministry of Education.The opinion clearly stipulates the important value significance of establishing morality and fostering people,which is set as the core of the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and is also an important requirement for realizing the overall development of students.In the 21 st century,by means of curriculum reform,the education system is deepened continuously,which makes our country’s education meet the needs of the times and have regularity.With the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,we will continue to establish and develop the education mechanism,so that not only can our education levels be enhanced,but the national quality can also be improved.It is of great value to building a country with strong human resources and adapting to the development of education.At the National Education Conference,President Xi Jinping proposed that moral cultivation should be integrated into all aspects of education and penetrated all fields of education.The middle school stage is in the critical period of students’ growth,so the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation at school has very important practical value and long-term significance.Therefore,the education of middle schools needs to take moral cultivation as the banner of education,and strictly follow the educational guidelines formulated by the Party in terms of political direction and values,in order to achieve the school’s education goals and cultivate more outstanding students for the society.This research fully recognizes the importance of the implementation mechanism of moral cultivation in the current middle school,and has conducted theoretical and practical research and exploration.First of all,from the perspective of sorting out the roots,this research traces moral cultivation to its source and conducts theoretical research on it.Based on the pre-Qin classics,Confucian culture,and the development research of moral cultivation in the modern national education system,and combined with the analysis of the educational guidelines formulated by the Party since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the research deeply explores the historical mission,responsibilities,specific connotation and significance of moral cultivation in the new era.Based on the perspective of reality review,the research carries on the study on the practice of moral cultivation in the case middle school F,compares the practical work with the “Guide to the Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”,and classifies and sorts out the school’s moral education from six dimensions,including curriculum,culture,activities,practice,management,and collaboration.This paper studies the case from three aspects—the top-level design,the practice,and the management efficiency,and sums up the beneficial experience and the successful practice of the school in the implementation mechanism.Through the questionnaire and interview,which focus on the goal,content and coordination mechanism of the implementation mechanism of moral cultivation,problems that need to be further improved can be reflected,such as the unclear construction of the moral education target system,the poor connection of the moral education system among colleges,senior and junior high schools,primary schools,the incomplete construction of the moral education curriculum system,the weak innovation of the comprehensive practice of moral education,the low level of the school,family and society cooperative education,etc.On the basis of reflection,the paper reconstructs the implementation path of the mechanism of the moral education in this school from the six dimensions required by the guide.Finally,this study continues to focus on the core three aspects of the elements of the implementation mechanism of moral cultivation,that is,the goal mechanism system that points to the fundamental task of moral cultivation,the content mechanism system that serves the goal of educating people,and the collaborative mechanism system that implements the “Three Wide Education”,and gives suggestions on the improvement of the implementation mechanism of moral cultivation in F Middle School.
